Fujian Provincial Inspection Center: Set Up Online Inspection Hall Service Company To Increase Production And Efficiency

In order to do a solid job of "six stability" and carry out the task of "six guarantees", the Fujian provincial fiber inspection center combines its own technological advantages to set up online inspection hall for precision inspection, to serve the characteristic industries and improve the production efficiency of the dominant enterprises. As of May 26th, the center has already launched 4 online public welfare training programs for textile and respirator enterprises and market supervision departments all over the country. The number of participants has reached over 2600.

In April 29th, the Fujian Provincial Textile Inspection Center organized the "textile lab quality control" online training for the national textile enterprises. The senior engineer of the center combined with a large number of working examples, introduced the relevant documents requirements of quality control in textile laboratories from the basis of laboratory comparison analysis, analysis methods and difference analysis and so on, and shared the relevant experience and specific methods of quality control in textile laboratories, and conducted online communication with the technicians concerned about their concerns. In May 12th, under the invitation of the Ningde municipal market supervision bureau, the Fujian provincial inspection center sent technicians from Ningde, district and county market supervision departments and non medical mask manufacturers to carry out online training on the topic of "quality improvement of non medical masks products". In May 19th, the Fujian provincial fiber inspection center sent a team of Anta (China) Co., Ltd. management and quality control personnel to carry out online thematic training on "quality improvement of functional textiles". The senior engineer of the center has introduced the notices of functional textiles identification, functional finishing and testing standard methods, functional auxiliaries and technological improvement points. In May 20th, the Fujian Provincial Textile Inspection Center launched an online thematic training on mask basic knowledge for all parts of the country, such as mask enterprises and market supervision system, and put forward professional guidance and suggestions for improving the quality of mask products.

Participants in online training have indicated that these training is "timely, very thirsty and useful", which not only improves the professional quality of the participants, but also guides the production, quality control and supervision of products such as textiles and respirators.
