The foreign trade price index closed at 166.58 points, a decrease of 1.02%, a 1.12% lower than the beginning of the year, and an increase of 0.93% over the same period.

In May, the export volume of textile and clothing in Keqiao District of Shaoxing increased, and textile exports showed a trend of a slight increase. In May, some countries opened the ports one after another. At the same time, the negotiations were delayed, and some countries agreed to deliver the goods. As a result, the foreign trade industry finally broke the stagnation and began to get some improvement. But most countries are still in a closed state, and export business is still under great constraint. 1. The overseas market is rising slightly, and the index of foreign trade prosperity is rising.

In May, the prosperity index of foreign textile enterprises in Keqiao District of Shaoxing city rose slightly. After that, the downstream fabric market was much more lively than before the festival, and the internal and external trade has been issued in real terms. At present, various orders in Europe are increasing slightly. The overall situation of Japan and South Korea's orders is generally not affected. The US economy is also promoting recovery. Total export volume depends on trade barriers. In addition, orders for Mexico in South America increased slightly. In the Middle East Turkey, Lila dropped to a new historical position against the US dollar in addition to the outbreak period, which is also not conducive to China's exports. There are different orders for cloth bosses, but in general, foreign trade has improved to some extent. At the same time, another trader who made home textiles and clothing fabrics has recently received orders for home textiles sold to the United States, though the volume is not large, but the volume is larger than the previous one, which is a signal for the slow recovery of foreign trade.

2, bedding fabric recently ordered to release.

Entering the May, the foreign trade market was slightly warmer. As a part of conventional textile products, home textile products have begun to recover slowly in recent years. With the further outbreak of the American epidemic and the large consumption of medical sheets, the export volume of home textiles is large, which is seriously related to the epidemic situation in the United States. In the early stage, international logistics and demand were basically at a standstill due to the epidemic, and foreign trade orders were almost stagnant. Although the epidemic situation is still spreading in May, many countries have re opened their economic activities on the basis of the basic control of epidemic situation, and international logistics is also gradually recovering. Plus 7 and August is the textile off-season, the second half of the year's foreign trade orders are more in 5 and June, now is a good time point, so before the epidemic factors canceled or delayed orders, or at this time period began to release centrally.

3, the Zhejiang export online trade will be successfully concluded.

The 5 day 2020 Zhejiang export online trade fair (Vietnam Station textile material special field) officially came to a close in May 22nd. In the five days of the online cloud exhibition, the exhibition maintained a fine scale, high standard and strong professional characteristics, attracting many textile enterprises to participate in the exhibition. During the cloud exhibition, a total of 184 high quality buyers from Vietnam Hanoi, Hu Zhiming and other places have carried out online exhibition and procurement docking with high-quality, accurate and effective real documents. At the same time, nearly 70 suppliers of high-quality textile fabric enterprises from Zhejiang participated in the online exhibition, the number of enquiries was 653 times, the number of live broadcast was 144, the total live broadcast volume reached 7907 passengers, and brought a "line" to the audience. On the occasion of procurement, the catering industry has received high attention and recognition from colleagues in the textile industry. In May 25th, the 5 day 2020 Zhejiang export online trade fair (South Korea Station textile material special hall) was opened, and the first day of display fabric was also up to 2000.

4, cross border electricity providers open up the "fast lane" of contrarian growth.

Like "Lok textile" and "Yongsheng chemical fiber", Keqiao enterprises, which sell domestic products on cross border channels, have little impact on the epidemic, but some are on the contrary. "Mu family", "Yuan Yi Home", "golden cicada cloth art" curtain household enterprises have maintained a good growth momentum. At present, Keqiao district has nurtured more than 700 B2B cross-border enterprises with the Alibaba international station as its core. This year, through the platform of Alibaba international station, there are 82 new enterprises in Keqiao district. "There are also a handful of enterprises in overseas platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Lazada and so on. Cross border electricity providers are gradually becoming an important channel for enterprises in Keqiao to develop foreign trade.

5, orders for foreign trade enterprises increased.

Some foreign trade enterprises in Keqiao, during the worst period of foreign epidemic, although most orders were postponed or cancelled, customers' proofing is still in order. Now that the epidemic has improved, these proofs have been responded to. The orders postponed due to the epidemic have returned to normal and are being arranged for production. Some trading companies have recently received orders from Portugal, Spain and Japan, mainly based on Hua Dane and conductive cloth. Hua Dane is a working garment and conductive cloth is used as protective clothing. These two kinds of clothes can be regarded as necessities under the epidemic situation, so orders are issued very quickly.

Two, export prices continue to shrink, and the foreign trade price index is down.

In May, the foreign trade price index showed a downward trend. Among them, the foreign trade price index of embroidery category decreased by 14.51%; the daily price index of household textiles and fabrics decreased by 44.74%; the curtain foreign trade price index of curtains fell by 2.42%; the foreign trade price index of Baptist, coated and coated textiles decreased by 0.73%, and the total price index of foreign trade decreased.

The global trade has shrunk dramatically under the influence of the new crowding in the world. At the same time, the recent news of the failure of the clothing industry has also been reported. Some famous brands have even suffered a fatal disaster and embarked on the road of bankruptcy. The impact of the epidemic is unprecedented. The price of foreign trade in textile and clothing has dropped, and public orders are still insufficient.

Despite the gradual improvement of the epidemic situation, the textile foreign trade situation is showing signs of recovery, but there are also several joys and worries.

Three, the next forecast of foreign trade index

For the export situation in June 2020, textile and garment exports are expected to rise slightly. With the gradual recovery of overseas orders, facing the opportunities brought by "new consumption", Keqiao's textile industry is actively changing from production to sales. It is expected that some foreign trade orders will be added in late June. Despite the impact of the global epidemic, the order was added or relatively slow in June, and the market inflection point appeared in the three quarter when the epidemic situation was relatively stable.
