Regardless of FOB or CIF conditions, whether the bill of lading is "TO ORDER OF SHIPPER" (indicating the bill of lading), whether the bill of lading is in your hands, whether L/C, D/P or T/T, India importers can not return the goods, and wait for the customs to auction and get the goods at a low price.
Therefore, it is recommended to export to India this time. We must carefully check the qualification of the importers and try to get the full shipment again. Avoid possible two empty goods!
