Even some manufacturers require workers from other counties and cities to postpone their return to work, even more difficult for workers in areas with severe epidemic.
Therefore, up to now, the return rate of workers in most textile enterprises is only 40% - 50%, some enterprises are lower, which brings difficulties to the full recovery of production capacity.
