China'S First Lyocell Fiber Intelligent Manufacturing Digital Production Line Has Been Successfully Tested.

Shandong Jin Yingli new material Polytron Technologies Inc annual production capacity of 15 thousand tons of non fibrillar Lyocell fiber production line was successfully tested at 5:28 a.m. on December 31, 2019. The production line is the first domestic production line with independent intellectual property rights of non fibrillar Lyocell fiber production line, and the first domestic Lyocell fiber intelligent manufacturing digital production line, which fills the gap in the domestic field, and plays a huge role in broadening the application area of Lyocell fiber and improving the added value of products, promoting the transformation and upgrading of chemical fiber industry and the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the textile and garment industry.

Shandong Jin Yingli new material Polytron Technologies Inc was founded in 2018. It is a state-owned holding enterprise which integrates research and development, production and sales of cellulosic fiber raw materials and fibers. It is located in Bohai Industrial Park, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 201 million yuan. The limited company, Qi Min asset management company, and Shouguang Hongjing Town Construction Investment Co., Ltd. are all state-owned enterprises in Shouguang City (62% of the total shares), with total assets of nearly 100 billion yuan and strong financial strength, providing financial support for the project construction. The technical shareholder of Shandong Yingli Industrial Co., Ltd. is the national R & D base for the production of new environmentally friendly regenerated cellulose fibers. The domestic Lyocell fiber leading enterprises have applied for more than 80 patents, 80 software copyright and 2 participating in the industry standard. The complete Lyocell fiber independent intellectual property system has been established, which has been internationally advanced by industry expertise, and has won the first prize of the 2016 China Textile Technology Progress Award and the first prize of science and technology progress in 2017, providing technical support for the project construction. Shandong Jin Yingli's annual output of 15 thousand tons of non fibrillar Lyocell fiber project is the key project of the national Ministry of industry's intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new mode application project and the new and old energy conversion project in Shandong province. The implementation of the project has broken the monopoly of international technology and filled the domestic blank in the field. This indicates that China has formally possessed the non fibrinalization industrialization production technology, and is another milestone in the history of the development of Lesel's industry in China.

Shandong Yingli Industrial Co., Ltd., a technology shareholder of the company, under the guidance of trade associations, has jointly organized the research and Development Association of Shandong University, Donghua University, Tianjin University of Technology, Qiingdao University, Shandong Textile Design Institute, Heng Tian heavy industries and other units to carry out research on automation, digitalization and intellectualization of non fibrillar Lyocell fiber, and established a complete independent intellectual property system. This project adopts the independent technology and supporting domestic equipment. Lyocell fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber produced by dissolving cellulose after dissolving cellulose in aqueous solution of NMMO. The production process adopts physical dissolution, dry wet spinning continuous spinning process, raw materials are renewable, the production process is clean and environment-friendly, the product is 100% cellulose, the waste can be biodegraded, the recovery rate of the spinning solvent is above 99.6%, and the whole life cycle has no pollution to the environment. It is known as the "green fiber" of twenty-first Century. It belongs to bio based new materials and advanced textile raw materials, and is an important part of the bio based materials of China's strategic emerging industries. Lyocell fiber has the characteristics of high dry and wet strength, good dimensional stability, good touch, moisture absorption and breathability (comfortable), soft drape (silk like luster) and excellent spinnability. It is mainly used in high-end clothing, apparel, home textiles and nonwoven fields.

Compared with ordinary Lyocell fibers, non fibrillar Lyocell fibers also have the following advantages: 1. Reduce the fibrillar tendency of fibers, increase the wear resistance of fibers (wear times more than 400 times); (2) increase the added value of products, and the price per ton of fiber is 3000-6000 yuan; third, expand the application field, and solve the problem that ordinary Lyocell fibers are easy to pilling and are not suitable for short boards in the field of high-end knitting.
