In December 30th, the National Sports Administration's winter sports management center and Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology jointly signed the signing ceremony of the "national winter sports clothing equipment research and development center" and held the ceremony in Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology. The director of the winter sports management center of the State Sports General Administration, Ni Huizhong, deputy director, Hong Ping, Secretary of the Party committee of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, Ma Shengjie, vice secretary of the Party committee, vice president Zhan Binghong, and representatives of relevant departments and teachers and students, attended the ceremony, hosted by Mr. Ni Sai Li.

　　 The R & D center was set up to respond to general secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on "high quality preparations for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, to make every effort to organize preparations, especially to prepare for the war, accelerate the popularization and improvement of ice and snow sports, and strive to organize a wonderful, extraordinary and outstanding Olympic Games". Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, jointly with the National Sports Administration's winter sports management center, will jointly work on the national science and technology support service for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, and the two sides will work together to promote the winter sports competition and public ice and snow clothing and equipment research and development tasks. 　　 At the meeting, Hong Ping and Zhan Binghong signed the cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both sides, and Ni Huizhong and Ma Shengjie unveiled the R & D center. In his speech, Ma Shengjie highlighted the work of Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology in serving the national strategy and serving all previous Olympic Games. 　　 In view of the complex climatic and environmental conditions of the Winter Olympic training and competition, the R & D center develops a race and skill sub item competition suit for Chinese athletes' body shape and physiological characteristics based on the "body clothing environment" system, and develops high-performance clothing for drag reduction, protection, heat moisture comfort, which is suitable for winter training and competition clothing. It is committed to interdisciplinary construction of an international advanced production research and research platform which integrates winter project training and competition clothing material selection, function design, sample making and ergonomics analysis. And has helped China's ice and snow 2018-2019, 2019-2020 two seasons, a number of national training team of clothing and equipment development.
