    In December 24th, experts from the Ministry of science and technology development of China Federation of textile industry assumed the responsibility of Donghua University in Shanghai.     Research on Key Technologies of master slave control ring spindle electrical spindle system Taking the electrical spindle system of ring spinning frame as the object, the realization method of high efficiency and low cost motor drive motor and its control system is mainly studied. A high-efficiency and low-cost hollow cup motor drive motor and two control systems are developed. The theoretical analysis model of the vibration characteristics of the ingot is put forward, and the vibration characteristic detection system of the spindle is developed based on image processing technology. The testing platform of motor mechanical characteristics is developed. The project laid a technical foundation for the research and application of the ingot motor and its control system. During the implementation of the project, 13 papers were published. 6 patents have been applied, of which 4 have been authorized. Cultivate 9 graduate students.

    "Research on dynamic characteristics of variable frequency high speed winder" in full cycle production process Focusing on the dynamic characteristics of high speed winder, the finite element model of winding spindle system is established from theoretical analysis, mathematical modeling, programming solution, parameter identification and test test. The dynamic characteristics of the winding system are simulated and analyzed from a continuous and systematic perspective. A non-contact and adjoint measuring device has been developed to directly measure the vibration of the winding spindle at different working stages. The project provides a theoretical basis and method for the breakthroughs and engineering applications of common key technologies of winding machines. During the implementation of the project, 9 papers were published, including 3 SCI, 1 EI and 5 core Chinese. 7 patents were applied for, including 2 authorized patents. Cultivate 6 graduate students.
