In November 28th, the seminar on the development of Lushan textile industry was held on the theme of "developing the common understanding and cooperating with the textile industry". Representatives from 127 textile enterprises inside and outside the province, as well as some industry experts from research institutes, gathered in Lushan County, Ya'an, to talk about the past and present of Lushan textile industry, and to offer suggestions for the future development of the textile industry. In November 28th, Lushan Xiang Lin Textile Co., Ltd., located in the Lushan Economic Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Xiang Lin textile"), all kinds of mechanical operations were heard continuously. After a bag of cotton was processed, a tube of high-quality cotton yarn was formed, while the workers only needed to move their fingers on the operation table and pay attention to the failure of the machine, so that a series of processes could be completed.

This is just a microcosm of the production process of many textile enterprises in Lushan economic development zone.

In 2007, Longsheng cotton mill, the first textile mill in Lushan, was opened. In recent years, especially after the "4. 20" strong earthquake in Lushan, many textile enterprises have introduced advanced production equipment, expanded production scale and evolved from "single fight" to "Baotuan development".

In the Boyang textile production workshop, which is not far from the neighboring Hunan Textile machinery, the air-jet loom is passing the needle at more than 650 times per minute, and a bundle of bundled finished fabrics are coming down the production line one after another. And the company that has been put into operation for more than two years is due to the "recommendation" of Lushan's neighboring textile, and is developing rapidly. This is the demonstration of Lushan's textile industry "business invitation". With the superposition of cost, environment, government and other factors, Lushan's attraction to textile enterprises is increasing day by day, and its agglomeration effect is increasingly obvious.

At present, the park has gradually formed a modern green textile industrial cluster, which integrates chemical fiber, spinning, weaving and clothing. It has settled in 25 textile enterprises and has the most advanced production lines in China. It has formed the production scale of 580 thousand spindles, 230 thousand cotton yarn, 540 looms and 350 thousand garments. Among them, the output of covered yarn has accounted for 33% of the whole province, and the momentum of development is in the ascendant.

Focusing on building a modern green textile industrial cluster, Lushan, under the guidance of the Federation of China textile industry, launched a new fiber research and development center with Qiingdao University to build a new fiber research center, relying on Chengdu Textile College. The special planning of Lushan textile industry was developed, and textile technology training was carried out to provide direction guidance, technical guidance and personnel support for the development of textile industry. At the same time, other textile enterprises also introduce first-class textile machinery and equipment at home and abroad, boosting the development of traditional textile industry intellectualization.

Lushan county is not a cotton producing area. What are the factors that attract many enterprises to enter the industry and gradually expand and strengthen the textile industry?

"Textile industry requires high temperature and humidity for air." Lushan is located in the upper reaches of Qingyi River. The county's forest coverage rate is 77.25%, the annual average temperature is 15.2 degrees, and the annual relative humidity is about 83%. Natural conditions have their own advantages. Lushan county has also launched 24 policies to support the development of private economy, forming a series of "combined boxing", such as encouraging investment, reducing taxes and lowering fees, financial support and financial support.

"When we first chose Lushan, what we value is the low cost of electricity." When it comes to "original intention", many directors of enterprises do not shy away from it. Today, Lushan will continue to enlarge this advantage: Ya'an is the province's water and electricity consumption demonstration zone, and the new textile enterprises will enjoy preferential electricity price of 0.35 yuan / degree, which is also the lowest price of the textile industry in the whole province.

For enterprises, the electricity cost and the natural environment are very attractive, and the superior business environment is also very important. After years of development, the textile industry has continuously enriched its products, expanded its application fields and extended its industrial chain. With the continuous development of technologies such as Internet of things, big data and block chain, "technology, fashion and green" have gradually become the new connotation and new label of the textile industry. The development of traditional textile industry has not stagnated, and there is still much room for the development and application of more environmentally friendly raw materials and products.
