With the support of the national textile and garment industry cluster and the active participation of the vast number of enterprises, the twelfth session " Textile quality management innovation award 2019 The appraisal work was successfully concluded, and the awarding ceremony of the Thirteenth National Forum on textile and clothing standards and quality management was held in Humen, Guangdong on the evening of November 22nd. Finally, 48 awarding enterprises were evaluated. Among them, there are 22 garment enterprises, 26 raw materials and accessories enterprises.

     " Textile Quality Management Innovation Award "Organized by the China Textile Information Center, aims to improve product quality and management level, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and industries, and set up the textile industry's pursuit of quality management paradigm. Enterprises with outstanding achievements in quality management have actively participated in the declaration, and the accreditation activities have been recognized by the industry and the upstream and downstream enterprises.

At the same time, more than 90 outstanding enterprises in China, including authorized enterprises of "China pop fabric hanging tag", have passed the expert assessment, on-site assessment and product sampling inspection. In recent years, the influence of "China pop fabric label" has gradually strengthened in the domestic textile and apparel supply chain, and many first-line sports and leisure brands are using the "China pop fabric hanging tag", including: Lining, Semir, Pathfinder, JEANSWEST, Hongxing Erke, Metersbonwe, balbala, Baleno, Kele stone, Three hundred and sixty-one Du, nine Mu Wang, Dayang creation and so on. At present, more than 360 enterprises from the upstream and downstream textile industry chain have applied for the "China fashion fabric tag", and the number of suspension tags exceeds 26 million.

It is reported that the evaluation aims to improve product quality and management level, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and industries, and set up the textile industry's pursuit of quality management code. Over the past 12 years, more than 200 textile (Garment) enterprises have been selected as the "demonstration unit of quality management in textile industry". It has played an active role in improving the product quality and management level, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the textile industry, and setting up a model of quality management in the industry. This activity has effectively promoted the deep cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises, and promoted enterprises to give priority to quality and brand development, improve the passing rate of enterprises' products and enhance their influence and popularity. As the extension of the evaluation work of the "quality management demonstration unit of textile industry", the evaluation of textile quality management innovation award has begun in 2019, and any enterprise with outstanding achievements in quality management innovation can declare it.

A total of 142 raw materials and accessories, garment enterprises application form and related samples were collected from the whole country, and 130 enterprises that met the accreditation criteria were selected. 3-5 products were tested according to the assessment requirements, with a pass rate of 100%. According to the comprehensive evaluation of declared materials and test results, 48 awarding enterprises were finally evaluated. Among them, there are 22 garment enterprises, 26 raw materials and accessories enterprises.

It is one of the most authoritative and influential professional certifications in China's textile industry at present. Among them, functional tag certification includes: environmental friendly, far infrared, negative ion, waterproof and moisture permeable, antibacterial, antistatic, UV protection, three protection, moisture absorption, quick drying, radiation protection, machine washable, ironing, warmth retention, mosquito repellent, cool feeling, flame retardant and so on. Concept certification includes: boutique fabrics, creative fabrics, fashion fabrics and so on.

The product of "tag" means that it has been certified by experts and reached the "quality standard of Chinese popular fabrics". The functional indicators of the product are detected by authoritative inspection. Its fashion is in line with the international fashion trend of textile products. It represents the development level and direction of China's textile products, and can reflect the highest level of Chinese fabric in general. Its functionality is real and effective, and consumers can buy it at ease.

"China fashion fabric tag" is the essence and important manifestation of the systematic project of "China popular fabric Fabrics China". At present, more than 360 enterprises from the upstream and downstream industries of the textile industry have applied for the "tag", and the number of issuing tags has reached 2600 million. "China fashion fabric tag" enjoys a high reputation in the domestic textile industry, and has been fully recognized by downstream businesses and buyers. It has made great contributions to improving the brand building of China's textile industry.
