    In November 26th, the "textile light" carbon fiber braiding / molding technology and application achievements promotion activities jointly organized by the Ministry of science and technology development of China Textile Industry Federation, the textile optical science and technology education foundation and the textile industry science and technology development center were held in Weihai, Shandong province. The conference aims to promote the development of carbon fiber braid / molding technology, enhance the performance of carbon fiber products, meet the needs of national defense and national economy, and further promote the technological progress of the textile industry.

    In his speech, Gao Yong pointed out that China's economy has shifted from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage. Facing the new situation, the textile industry needs to make clear the new orientation of "science, technology, fashion and green" industry development. To maintain high quality development in textile science and technology, we need to grasp the upgrading and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, new materials and traditional industries. With the development of new materials represented by carbon fiber, the textile industry has penetrated into all fields. At present, T300 and T700 have achieved industrial production and production capacity is also expanding. The development of carbon fiber in the future needs to consider two aspects. One is to continuously improve the level of carbon fiber preparation, the two is to increase the promotion of carbon fiber, so as to realize the popularization and application of carbon fiber in the military industry and civil industry.

    Zhang Cuizhu introduced that the fund provided by the textile optical science and technology education foundation was mainly used to reward outstanding units and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the scientific and technological progress in textile industry and enhance the innovation ability of the industry, so as to reward outstanding teachers and excellent students on the textile educational front, give full play to their typical and guiding role in the whole industry, and support some basic research projects and scientific and technological achievements promotion projects that have a significant impact on the upgrading of the textile industry.

    The activity also invited experts from universities and enterprises to make a keynote report on the technology of carbon fiber braiding / molding.

    Professor Xu Lianghua of Beijing University of Chemical Technology looks forward to the development of carbon fiber technology in 14th Five-Year. Xu Lianghua pointed out that at present, the domestic polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber technology system has been set up. The domestic carbon fiber basically meets the application needs in the current national defense field, and the industrialization construction has entered an orderly growth stage. In the future, the development of domestic carbon fiber needs to be developed from the demand at the present stage to the application of material selection, breaking through the key technologies, supporting industrial development based on independent innovation, and developing the high-end application market of carbon fiber.

    Chen Li, Professor of Tianjin University of Technology, introduced the design, manufacture and application of multi axial woven composites. He pointed out that the 3D woven structure is the fastest growing form of reinforcement, but it has the disadvantages of low in-plane shear property and large in-plane shear deformation. A new type of multi axial woven composite material was developed by introducing oblique yarn into 3D woven structure. The skew yarn can be flexibly designed with excellent in-plane shear properties and impact resistance. At the same time, a multi axial woven composite solid shaft is designed, which has excellent torsion resistance.

    Xu Weilin, Professor of Wuhan Textile University, pointed out in the report that the colorful world has put forward a new color requirement for high performance fibers, but the high performance fibers cause difficulty in dyeing because of the special structure. The ultrafine, uniformly dispersed, controllable structure of metal and its oxide based nano films can be used for the structural coloring of carbon fibers, while achieving the oxidation and self cleaning of carbon fibers and fabrics. At the same time, the problem of solution residue caused by traditional technologies is eliminated, and industrial pollution is reduced.

    Sun Yize, a professor at Donghua University, has made some reports on several key technologies of high performance fiber reinforced polymer preform braiding for large-size structural parts, analyzed the friction and wear process in the process of composite preform braiding, and established a recursive method for calculating the phase sequence distribution of large scale spindles in deep cross knitting. This model is of great significance for personalized weaving of preform structures with different cross-sections. In addition, the advantages and applications of the automatic braiding machine developed by Donghua University are also introduced.

    Yu Mingming, an associate research fellow at Shanghai Univer, elaborated on the design, development and application of carbon / carbon composites. He added that carbon / carbon composites are widely used in automotive brake pad, rocket engine throat liner and hypersonic vehicle engine due to their high temperature strength, thermal conductivity and excellent wear resistance.

    Ji Jianqiang, deputy general manager of Changzhou Hongfa longitudinal new material Polytron Technologies Inc, introduced the multi axial warp knitting technology and equipment and the key technology of composite material preparation and its industrialization application prospects. He said that the carbon fiber / glass fiber multilayer mixing technology has filled the gap in China and has great strategic significance for enhancing the competitiveness of China's high-end intelligent warp knitting equipment.

    Cong Zongjie, general manager and senior engineer of Weihai development Fiber Co., Ltd. introduced the industrialization technology of high strength polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber based on wet spinning process. He said that based on the preparation technology of high strength carbon fiber prepared by wet spinning of two methyl sulfoxide, the spinning rate of 300 m/min under the multi spun bit scale was achieved, and the transformation and upgrading of PAN carbon fiber localization technology were promoted.

    Lang Minghua, deputy director of Jiangsu Australia composite Mstar Technology Ltd, has made a comprehensive introduction to carbon fiber and composite materials from 4 aspects: carbon fiber concept, characteristics, molding technology and application.

    Donghua University's associate professor juanqi has analyzed the patent application of carbon fiber worldwide. He pointed out that from 1960 to 2016, the number of patent applications for carbon fibers in the world increased rapidly, and carbon fiber has become a new strategic material urgently needed for national security and national economic construction.
