    Zhejiang Zhili is the largest children's clothing industrial cluster in China. It is known as "the capital of children's clothing in China". According to incomplete statistics, there are 1.3 children's clothing enterprises in the town, and 8000 children's clothing business enterprises, with 1 billion 400 million children's garments (sets) each year.


    At present, China's textile and apparel industry is facing changes in consumption, business and industry.


    Yang Jizhao said that the children's clothing industry in Zhili should seize the opportunities brought by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation in the world, and strengthen the ability of creative design in an international perspective to embed the innovation chain and value chain of the global children's wear industry. "At the same time, we need to build a group of talents with craftsman spirit and innovative spirit to cultivate a group of children's clothing enterprises with international competitiveness and create world-class advanced manufacturing industrial clusters.


    "At this stage, China's children's wear high-end market is almost occupied by foreign brands, and domestic children's clothing manufacturers are basically squeezed in the middle and low market." Jiang Hengjie, consultant of China Fashion Association said.


    Under this background, children's clothing enterprises must transform and break through, so as to adapt to the high-speed development period.


    "In fact, not only is clothing, but also in many other fields, it starts from imitating mature brands." Yamaguchi Masako, a professor at Musashino Art University in Japan, said that the transformation of brand consciousness needs a process, but in this area, the independence and innovation consciousness of industrial designers is very important.


    "A pole carrying two bags, running north and south." In the early days of reform and opening up, the farmers in Zhili began to start small businesses by relying on a sewing machine, where there were farms and bazaars, where there were Zhili stalls.

    Today, the regional brand of Zhili "fashion to see Paris, children's clothing to see weaving" has become famous at home and abroad, but the transformation of this characteristic town is still on the road.
