The listed company intends to issue a share of 7.59 yuan / share to 202 million shares of common stock to buy 10% stake in Ningde nuclear power company. The type of shares to be issued is the common stock of RMB A shares listed in China, with a face value of RMB 1 per share.
After the purchase of assets is completed, the listed company will directly hold 10% of Ningde nuclear power. Before this transaction, the fortune group was the controlling shareholder of the listed company, holding 62.50% of the listed company. According to estimates, after the completion of the reorganization, the group held 66.81% of the listed company, and is still the controlling shareholder of the listed company.
