Zhejiang Textile Survey Institute Released "Wang Jiangjing Textile Industry High Quality Development Report"

A few days ago, the Zhejiang textile testing and Research Institute released the "Wang Jiangjing textile industry high quality development report". The report aims at studying and combing the development of textile industry in Zhejiang, Jiaxing, and studying the countermeasures so as to promote a group of textile towns represented by Wang Jiangjing town to go out of a transformation and upgrading road.

At the beginning of this year, in order to further promote the "three services" activities, the provincial textile Survey Institute led a professional and technical team to go deep into the "weaving town of China" in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing. Wang Jiangjing carried out research and focused on the current development of the textile industry gathering area, looking for an analysis of the short board, studying the coping strategies, and solving the problems of development. Through field visits, investigation and analysis, the data of Wang Jingjing town for 2016-2018 years were collected, and the expert group of the provincial textile Survey Institute studied and combed the basic situation, advantages and characteristics and reform measures of the textile industry development with the characteristics of Zhejiang. According to the main problems encountered in the current industrial development, the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for future development, demonstrating the experiences and practices of Zhejiang in implementing the CPC Central Committee's efforts to promote the development of high quality and implementing the transformation of new and old energy.

The excellent data in the report confirms the continuous improvement of the quality of textile and garment industry in Wang Jingjing town. In 2016-2018 years, the R & D investment of the whole town increased from 166 million yuan to 254 million yuan in 2018. During the same period, the average annual growth rate of effective inventions granted by textile enterprises in Wang Jiang Jing Town reached 445%, and the annual average growth rate of patent authorization was 30.3%, which greatly promoted the transformation of the old and new kinetic energy in the textile industry. At the same time, the problems such as low technical content, relatively backward production technology, weak awareness of enterprise standardization, and the need for cultivation of industry leading enterprises have become bottlenecks for the development of higher quality. According to the analysis of the main problems in the textile industry of Wang Jiang Jing, the report firmly grasp the whole process of the textile service industry chain, and puts forward three directions of future development direction and suggestions from the standardization of upstream textile industry, the intelligent digitalization of the middle reaches and the branding of the downstream areas, and strives to push Wang Jingjing out of a traditional textile industry to the transformation of brand management and high value added fashion and creative industries.
