According to the statistics of the business community, the price of nylon filament has dropped in the past week. As of October 25, DTY of nylon filament in Jiangsu Province reported 17833 yuan / ton, down 1.11% compared with the price on October 15, down 28.78% year on year; POY of nylon in Jiangsu Province reported 15520 yuan / ton, down 1.02% compared with the price on October 15, down 31.21% year on year; FDY of nylon reported 19700 yuan / ton, down 22.24% year on year.

10 in mid and late June, cyclohexanone continued to decline. After the long holiday in October, crude oil prices plummeted, market confidence was low, and cost support collapsed. At the same time, the mainstream factories of cyclohexanone kept cutting prices due to inventory and shipping pressure. As of October 25, the price of cyclohexanone fell by 12.71%. As polyester chips cut prices to eliminate inventory and depress the caprolactam market, the supply is still in the state of surplus, and the price is weak in the near future. Nylon orders are gradually digested, raw material inventory is reduced, and nylon filament sales market is not significantly improved, cost support is lost, and the price is loose. Some manufacturers in Jiangsu reduce the price by 200-400 yuan / ton.
The price chart of nylon POY and upstream raw materials shows that the trend of cyclohexanone and PA6 is basically the same, and prices are going up and down. The linkage between the upstream and crude oil is strong, and the demand below the industrial chain is the focus. Because the order is light, the speed of de stocking is slow and the cost transmission is delayed. We can roughly judge from the figure that the price of polyester chips will be lowered and the price of nylon filament will be changed about 10 days later.
Business analysts believe that the price of nylon raw materials has been decreasing in recent years, and the downstream orders have not improved. The cost is not supported. With the digestion of raw materials inventory, manufacturers begin to lower prices. It is expected that nylon will adjust with the weakening of raw materials.
