Wu Mei entered the company in October 2006. Because he envied his sister's work in Lu Tai, he came to Lu Tai with a try. He worked for 13 years and was engaged in finished cloth inspection. Wu Mei took part in the technical contest for the 10 time, won the first prize for 5 times, and was rated as an advanced producer for many times. In 2018, he was appraised as a pacesetter by the company.

Speaking of the first time to participate in the technical contest, Wu Mei's memory is very deep. Because of his new post, the theoretical knowledge and operation techniques are not mature enough to win the prize. With the encouragement and instruction of her master, she was determined to learn and do well in this sacred work. She recorded all the knowledge and experience taught by the master in the book, and asked the master to open her own scissors. At the same time, she found workshop materials, cloth samples, and used time after class to learn how to identify defects, positive and negative, and so on. After a year's efforts, Wu Mei won the first prize in the second years of technology competition.

This year technology competition, Wu Mei participated in the positive and negative, positive identification, replacement process, special varieties and easy to identify defects and other projects. The positive and negative identification is Wu Mei's weak point. She finds the shop defects list and studies again and again. Before the exam, Wu Mei reviewed 8 samples and accumulated over 1000 samples. In the final operation examination, Wu Mei won the first prize in the first rank of the same type of work, and was awarded the technical pacesetter by the company.

"Wu Mei mainly tests some special varieties of workshops in his work, which is a special inspector of important customers. She has a strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and responsible, rich experience, and has a unique method of cloth inspection. The defect detection rate is high and the leak detection rate is low. Section chief Song Zuosheng said. Rich experience accumulated bit by bit. Wu Meiyou remembers the first time that a special variety is a high count fine blue variety. Because of the fabric pattern problem, it is easy to see the cloth when it is inspected, and it does not find a few defects. Wu Mei feels so abnormal that he will check the good cloth roll after the car reexamination, and turn off the lights and open the bottom lights, so that the tiny defects that have not been seen for the first time appear. With this accumulation, Wu Mei has mastered the different inspection methods of different special products and the vulnerable defects of varieties.

Facing the next step, Wu Mei said: now there are more and more special varieties and customer requirements are getting stricter and stricter. I need to learn and update my cloth inspection methods at any time. I always think about the customers, check every rice cloth, open every scissors, do the leading role of the technical pacesetter, share experiences with colleagues, make common progress, and make positive contributions to the company's new 30 years development.
