2019 China Textile International Capacity Cooperation Enterprise Alliance Council Held In Shengze

At present, the global industrial chain, the supply chain and the value chain are deeply intertwined, the division of labor pattern is reshaping, and the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. China's textile international capacity cooperation enterprise alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "alliance") has been established for two years. It has always adhered to the "three platforms" to carry out service work, give full play to the role of bridge and link, play a positive role in maintaining and strengthening the communication with the government, carrying out suggestions for the government, conveying the demands of the industry and enterprises, and safeguarding the development interests of the industry in an all-round way.

In October 16th, on the occasion of the "one belt and one road" conference of the Chinese textile industry, in 2019, the Council of China textile international capacity cooperation enterprise alliance was held in Shengze, Jiangsu. The conference summed up the actual situation of the internationalization of alliance member enterprises in the new situation at home and abroad, exchanged hot and difficult problems encountered in overseas layout, and put forward the next direction of work for the alliance.

The China Textile Industry Federation is about to start planning relevant work priorities. In the "14th Five-Year" period, the international layout of the textile industry will be the focus of the development of the textile and garment industry.

Gao Yong said that throughout the development process of China's textile industry's foreign investment, from the initial quota, customs duties to the current stage of Sino US trade friction, all these situations are forcing Chinese textile enterprises to "go out" actively. Therefore, during the "14th Five-Year" period, we should also take the initiative to carry out the global layout based on the whole industry.

Gao Yong pointed out that at this stage, the dominant position of China's textile industry in the global industry has taken shape, especially the key advantages in manufacturing. If we want to continue to maintain China's dominant position, alliance and alliance enterprises should take the initiative to carry out the global layout, strengthen the orientation of "technology, fashion, and green" industrial development, and strengthen industrial planning, in-depth research and cross-border development. At the same time, the proposal of integrating alliance members should be incorporated into the 14th Five-Year plan for the development of the whole industry.

Xu Ying, vice chairman of the China Textile Federation, executive director of the China Federation of international trade promotion and chairman of the textile industry branch of China Council for the promotion of international trade, made a new report on the work of the China textile international capacity cooperation enterprise alliance in 2019. It summed up the various services of the alliance in 2019 in four parts: first, to maintain communication with the government, to build up a platform for cooperation between government and enterprises; two, to expand the circle of friends at home and abroad, to build an international cooperation platform for the members of the alliance; three, to strengthen theoretical research and situation analysis, to help the overseas layout and development of enterprises; four, to enhance service awareness, improve service contents, and comprehensively promote communication and interaction with members of the alliance and improve service quality.

In the past year, the alliance has considered from the perspective of national unified layout, focusing on the overall interests of the industry, focusing on Sino US economic and trade frictions, accurately conveying the voice of government and enterprises, conscientiously fulfilling their suggestions and suggestions, organizing investment inspection and in-depth projects in nearly 20 key countries and emerging areas, organizing investment promotion activities such as "one belt and one road" conference, and actively giving voice to help enterprises in international exchanges and cooperation. In addition, it has undertaken government research projects, timely released industrial export analysis bulletin and trade policy analysis articles, and has compiled overseas key country textile investment environment series reports, providing direction for the global layout of enterprises.

Grasp the driving force of the lifeblood of the times based on the world pattern

The pattern of industrial division of labor is accelerating and reshaping, and international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. "One belt and one road" is accelerating the creation of a deeply integrated domestic and foreign market environment. The international capacity cooperation of China's textile industry is ushering in a broader factor mobility space and a unified market. Against this background, how will the work of the new union be launched? How to optimize investment layout at home and abroad? How is the pace of "going out" more stable?

The chairman of the alliance unit, the representatives of the member enterprises and the representatives of the industry associations deliberated and discussed the work report of the alliance, and expressed their views on the current development of the enterprise, the direction of future development, and the work plan of the alliance.

Tong Jisheng, chairman of Orient International (Group) Co., Ltd. put forward three suggestions for the "going out" development of enterprises. First, we must emancipate the mind and innovate the mechanism to seek flexible and diversified "going out" mode; two, we must base ourselves on the layout of the global industrial chain, firmly adhere to the industrial orientation of "technology, fashion and green" and enrich the connotation of China's textile and garment industry; three, we must pay attention to the market share of channels, enhance the R & D capability of textile enterprises, and focus on the sustainable development of industries.

Xu Weimin, chairman of Jiangsu Dong Du Textile Group Co., Ltd. also put forward his own view. The layout of overseas investment has enhanced the ability of enterprises to deal with international trade friction and resistance to crisis. China Textile Alliance is a solid backing for China's textile and garment enterprises to do well and strength. The alliance has helped to help spinning enterprises out of difficulties, and the high-quality and efficient investment of enterprises can not be separated from the alliance of China Textile Union and alliance. We hope that the alliance will continue to serve the enterprises well and help China's textile enterprises go to a new level.

Zhou Xia, vice president of Tianhong Textile Group Co., Ltd. introduced the basic situation of Tianhong Group, and shared the relevant experience of enterprises investing and building factories in Vietnam. Zhou Xia also pointed out that at the present stage, the trend of textile global competition is showing that continuous, automation and intellectualization are gradually becoming the direction of development. Tianhong will continue to respond quickly to the local market and create a vertical industrial chain platform as a strategy for future development.

Yang Jinchun, executive vice president of China Apparel Association, said that the alliance has provided a lot of effective information for enterprises in various aspects such as policy evaluation and promotion, investment status research, visits, investigation and research. Yang Jinchun also suggested that the alliance could expand more investment areas such as brands and value chains.

Zheng Haosheng, chairman of Inner Mongolia deer King cashmere Co., Ltd. introduced the development of China's cashmere industry for the participants, shared the experience of enterprise development and overseas investment, and pointed out the development path of Chinese textile enterprises' "going out of the products - going out of the industry - brand going out", encouraging enterprises to improve their R & D capability and technology level, improving their technological content, and continuously completing their environmental protection capabilities, product information traceability, and building a company's comparative advantage.

Ye Mao, deputy general manager of China Hi-Tech Group Corporation group, put forward his own ideas on the transfer of the entire industrial chain and the problems of land, talent, credit and culture in the industry transfer. The transfer of the whole industry chain requires the three parties of the government, associations and enterprises to join forces. The government supports, the association takes the lead, the enterprises embrace together, and at the same time pays attention to the training of localized talents.

Liu Yanwei, vice president of China Textile Construction Planning Institute, put forward his own proposals for the work of alliance. First, we should strengthen research and do well in anticipation; two, we should do well in guiding work for medium and long term planning; three, pay attention to cross border integration and development; and four, optimize alliance services.

Qiao Liang, executive director of Heng Tian Enterprise Limited, introduced the overseas investment of the company and shared the experience and harvest of the enterprise in the investment process. Qiao Liang said that in the process of going out, enterprises will be faced with various problems and difficulties. The responsible persons of enterprises should constantly broaden their horizons, respect and understand the culture of the investing countries, and effectively realize the maximization of the investment efficiency of enterprises by means of the strength of the alliance.

Looking forward to the future, Xu Yingxin said that the Secretariat of the alliance will do the following work: first, timely and accurately grasp the policy instructions and effectively convey to the members of the alliance, while assisting the enterprises and alliance members to reflect their demands and strive for support; two, maintain dozens of established overseas government departments, business associations, industrial parks and other institutions, and develop more extensive cooperative relations, establish a platform for communication and liaison; three, we should further strengthen the theoretical research ability of the Secretariat, improve the level of research, continue to consolidate the research results; four, strengthen the research capacity of the alliance Secretariat, and maintain close communication with the members of the alliance.
