Thermochromic printing is also known as thermochromic printing. The early thermochromic printing has been processed into a microcapsule with heat sensitive dyestuff and printed on fabric. It has two kinds of reversible and irreversible.

Irreversible thermochromic dyes are generally used as temperature detection instructions. It is generally reversible for textiles. According to its structure, it can be divided into two categories: inorganic and organic. Organic heat sensitive dyes are widely used in textiles. They are made up of three colors, namely, latent dyes, chromogenic agents and sensitizers (Jian Minji).

There are 15 basic colors of the temperature changing paste, which are coloured at low temperature, high temperature and colorless. You can also use the reference color to make the color become coloured.

The existing color changing temperature range is set from 15 to 70 degrees, and can be set according to requirements. The general color changing temperature range can be obtained from 2 to 10, 10 to 25, 25 to 30, 30 to 45, and more than 45.

Thermochromic materials are materials that cause changes in color with the change of temperature. According to the nature of discoloration, it can be divided into reversible discoloration and irreversible discoloration. Textile color changing materials (dyes) are mainly reversible.

For example, the TC series produced by Japan Matsui pigment chemical industry Co. Ltd. and the RT series produced in China belong to the thermal sensitive products. In the course of taking the fabric, the temperature varies from room to outdoor and varies with seasons and regions.
