Project brief introduction

The textile and garment industrial park of Fushun, China is located in Dai Si Town, Fushun County, Zigong, Sichuan. The industrial park is implemented in two phases, with a planned land area of 1500 mu. The contents include: a clothing wholesale market with 4500 to 5000 pavements, a garment processing area that accommodates 150 to 200 garment processing plants, a comprehensive supporting area including logistics, catering, Traders Hotel, office buildings, staff quarters, supermarkets and so on, a parking lot and other infrastructure of about 20 thousand square meters. The total investment is about 20 billion yuan.

The two phase and the long-term plan are: in the 5 to 10 years, the industrial park will be built into a national garment professional industrial park with an area of 15000 mu, 8000 to 10000 pavements, and 800 to 1000 garment processing factories. At the same time, it will double the size of the town and the population of the town and become the "sub center" of Fushun county.

Project background

To speed up the interactive development of new industrialization and new urbanization in Fushun, we will enhance the county's economic strength and overall competitiveness. Fushun county Party committee and county government decided to build "China Fushun textile and Garment Industrial Park" in the Dai Si Town, known as "the town of Chinese sewing" and "Ukraine". The project has been highly valued by provincial, city and county since its automatic work. It has been identified as one of the key projects in Zigong, and one of the important supporting projects of Fushun county's "one city, one hub, two parks and three bases".
