In May 19, 2019, the Organizing Committee of the forty-fifth world skill competition China Organizing Committee and Changshu Garment City Group Co., Ltd. held a sponsorship ceremony in Changshu, Jiangsu, and Changshu Garment City Group Co., Ltd. became the partner of the China Organizing Committee of the forty-fifth world skill competition.

The world skills competition is known as the world skill Olympiad. It is the highest level world-class vocational skill competition organized by the world skills organization, representing the advanced level of vocational skill development.
