On the evening of April 25th, the Zhejiang Semir apparel Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Semir apparel) released its annual report in 2018.
The report shows that the total revenue of Semir clothing in 2018 was 15 billion 719 million yuan, an increase of 30.71% over the same period, with a net income of 11 billion 508 million yuan, an online income of 4 billion 109 million yuan, and a net profit of 11 billion 508 million yuan attributable to shareholders of listed companies.
Year-on-year growth of 48.83%, attributable to shareholders of listed companies net assets of 11 billion 146 million yuan.
For business revenue growth, Semir apparel has said that with the revival of the consumer market, leisure apparel business has resumed growth and steady growth in children's wear business, coupled with the rapid growth of the electricity supplier channel, which has promoted the improvement of income.
In addition, the French SofizaSAS company, which was purchased by Semir apparel last year, consolidated its fourth quarter revenue in 2018, resulting in revenue growth.
By the end of 2018, there were 9905 stores (including KIDILIZ group) in Semir clothing, successfully distributing the 1234 line market in China, covering a wide range of areas.
Perfect brand matrix, actively layout overseas market
Semir's clothing business income, gross profit and net profit all present a higher growth trend, mainly lies in the formation of the completed brand matrix.
In 2018, Semir clothing continued to adhere to the main business of clothing industry, and vigorously promote the development of Semir's big platform and the four major industrial clusters -- "clothing industry cluster, children's industrial cluster, electricity supplier industrial cluster and emerging industrial cluster".
In the children's business sector, in addition to the continued stable and high growth of the Barbara brand, Semir apparel also bought the KIDILIZ group of the leading high-end children's clothing group in Europe in October last year and promoted the multi brand business of KIDILIZ group in China. Its CATIMINI brand has opened its first store in China.
In March 19, 2018, Semir apparel and THE CHILDREN 'S PLACE signed the THE CHILDREN S PLACE licensing and development agreement in Shanghai.
We will develop and operate THE CHILDREN 'S PLACE business directly and through retailers in People's Republic of China, including Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan, and the strategic cooperation between them will last 20 years.
As a result, the children's clothing business of Semir clothing has realized the comprehensive coverage of the whole category, age and consumption level, forming a complete brand matrix of children's clothing.
In the adult business section, Semir apparel has invested in the American designer brand JASON WU and has jointly established Jason Wu (Shanghai) Garments Co., Ltd. to operate the Chinese market.

It also promotes the online influence of casual wear and children's clothing through O2O new retail attempt, New York fashion week, Tmall national tide, national tide action and gathering day activities.
