YOUNGOR'S Participation In The Key Technologies And Applications Of "High Quality Hemp Textile Production Chain" Has Been Identified Through Results.

In April 16, 2019, the China Federation of textile industry organized experts in Ningbo to carry out technical achievements appraisal on the key technologies and applications of the high quality hemp textile production chain, which was jointly completed by Wuhan hemp Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the Academy of Military Engineering Research Institute, the Quartermaster engineering and Technology Research Institute, and YOUNGOR group Limited by Share Ltd.

The appraisal committee was organized by the China Federation of textile industry. The expert committee composed of 7 experts from Shanghai Univer, academician Sun Jinliang of the Chinese Academy of engineering, Donghua University and Chinese Academy of engineering, Zhou Xiang, inspected the production site, watched the video and product exhibition of the whole industry chain production line, listened to the report of the company's project results, and highly appraised the research results.

The expert group agreed that the product had complete independent intellectual property rights, and the overall technology reached the international advanced level. The appraisal committee agreed to pass the appraisal.

The project aims at the world technical problems such as heavy pollution, high energy consumption, low efficiency and poor quality in the processing and application of hemp fiber. For more than ten years, we have been carrying out joint technical research.

From the breakthrough of core technologies such as cleanliness, efficiency, refinement, energy saving and emission reduction, a series of high-end functional products of hemp have been developed to meet the needs of the military and civilian markets.

The technology has achieved high yield and fine controllable production of hemp fiber, flexible spinning technology such as double clear, double comb front spinning, wet spinning and hemp fiber siro spinning. It has realized the batch production of high count and high proportion blending of hemp yarn, and soft wrinkle dyeing and finishing technology such as compound enzyme pretreatment, thermal expansion dyeing, liquid ammonia treatment and alkali and liquid ammonia double mercerizing. It has realized the functions of softening and washing and ironing of hemp woven and knitted fabrics. The technology of DP, VP, and formaldehyde cleaning has been realized. Specifically, we have developed "mechanical biological high temperature rinsing, fiber washing" combined degumming, high efficient infiltration and softening, and cutting and combing.

The project also built a large-scale production line of hemp fiber and yarn with an annual output of 5000 tons, forming a whole industry chain demonstration base for hemp fiber manufacturing, textile, printing and dyeing, garment processing and textile development, with remarkable economic and social benefits and broad market application prospects.

The appraisal of the project achievements of "key technologies and applications of high quality hemp textile production chain" is of great significance, indicating that China's Hemp scientific research and processing and application technology level is heading for a new milestone.

The project has formed an innovation system from raw materials to finished products, from technology to equipment, from products to standards, from core inventions to the whole industry chain.

The research and development of military quilt has solved the problems of military clothing and clothing equipment, such as sweat absorption, quick drying, antibacterial and odorant, UV protection and mildew prevention, and improved the functionality and comfort of our army's armament equipment.

The hosiery socks and winter stockings, trousers, towels and training shoes, which have been developed, have been applied to the whole army and welcomed by officers and men of the armed forces.

Industrial production has also promoted the development of hemp cultivation, played an important role in enriching the people and strengthening the border and solving the "three rural issues", achieving a win-win situation of sustainable development of society and protecting resources and environment. Clean production technology has broken through the bottleneck of traditional high pollution of linen, is conducive to the development and ecological protection of the linen textile industry, and promoted the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry.
