Although our cotton textile enterprises and cotton have many dealings, the proportion of pure cotton products is decreasing year by year. This is related to the fluctuation of cotton prices affected by various factors such as policy and so on. But more importantly, the new fiber products on the market are emerging constantly, with fashionable and technological elements favored by consumers. At the same time, the development and progress of our chemical fiber products are very fast. Therefore, Wuxi cotton has greater strength in the development of new products.

Diversify the production of high count yarns

The exhibition is mainly composed of 50 ~120 cotton based single yarn and ply yarn, cotton knitted grey fabric and knitted grey fabric.

In cotton spinning enterprises, the average yarn content of our products is relatively high, with the production capacity of 500 thousand spindles, with an average of more than 70 yarn.

Xinjiang's large scale spinning capacity has an impact on mainland textile enterprises, so we will develop towards product diversification in the future.

In recent years, the import yarn has been growing faster and faster. The spinning enterprises of low spin yarn in domestic production have been greatly affected, and the spinning enterprises in Southeast Asia will start to produce high count yarns, which will also impact us.

In addition, as processing and manufacturing enterprises, labor costs increase day by day, our gross margin is not high, it is difficult to support large-scale industrial upgrading, the whole process of automation equipment is good, but from the cost, product profit is difficult to support the high cost of equipment.

For a long time, Huamao's yarn has been supplied to high-end markets at home and abroad with stable and high quality. It has main yarn brands such as Huamao Chengfeng, Hua Maotianzhu and Huamao Zhi spinning.

Huamao intelligent spinning is positioned as high cost, high efficiency and high cost performance. It will expand the scale of production in 2019.

The consumer market shrinks and attracts customers with quality.

We have made a good reputation in the market with the spirit of craftsmen, but only doing pure cotton products also made us more influenced by market changes.

At present, our enterprises have 200 thousand spindles production capacity in China and Vietnam respectively. After 5 years of development in Vietnam, we believe that the advantages and disadvantages of Vietnam's investment in plant construction are no longer obvious.

On the market side, we feel that after the Spring Festival of 2019, the order of the downstream enterprises is not expected, and the demand for the downstream market is decreasing and consumption is shrinking.

Through interviews, we found that our customers, especially the yarn dyed fabric enterprises, did not start well.

On the other hand, the phenomenon of consumer demotion is also obvious, for example, guests used to require 100% long staple cotton to produce products, now reduce to 50% long staple cotton to produce products.

It is also because of the sluggish consumption in the lower reaches of the United States that the price of Pima cotton has declined and the price of domestic long staple cotton has also decreased significantly.
