    The Key Technology Of High Speed Jet Spinning Machine Based On The Characteristics Of Fiber And Airflow Coupling Is Studied.

                                                                         

         

    A few days ago, experts from the Ministry of science and technology development of the China Federation of textile industry jointly carried out the acceptance of the two project of "the research on the synthesis and performance of new polyamide ester" and the "key technology research of high-speed swirling spinning technology based on the characteristics of fiber and air flow". The two project was checked and accepted by two groups of experts in the professional field in Shanghai. The experts from the Ministry of science and technology development of the China Federation of textile industry were organized by Donghua University.

    Ye Zhimin, executive vice chairman of the textile science and technology education foundation and Zhang Huiqin, deputy director of the science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Union, attended the meeting.

    The acceptance expert group listened to the report of the project undertaking unit and reviewed relevant information. After questioning and discussion, it was considered that the two projects had fulfilled the requirements stipulated in the task document and agreed to accept the conclusion.

    The new polyamide ester synthesis and properties research project has designed and designed the molecular structure of polyamide ester. For the first time, it broke through the key technology of polyester modified by adipate two, and successfully synthesized a new polyamide ester.

    The macromolecular structure and crystallization properties, thermal properties, rheological properties and hydrophilic properties of the polyamide ester were systematically studied. A new type of polyamide polymerization device with multi component copolymerization was established.

    Based on the self synthesized polyamide ester, the fiber preparation technology has been developed, and the spinning process conditions have been optimized. A new type of polyamide ester fiber with good mechanical properties, excellent softness and high moisture regain has been successfully produced.

    During the implementation of the project, 5 invention patents were applied and 4 papers were published.

    The expert group recommends further follow-up applied research.

    Based on the research on the key technology of high-speed swirling spinning machine based on the characteristics of fiber and air flow coupling, the flow characteristics of swirling gas flow in the swirling spinning nozzle were systematically studied by numerical simulation and experimental method. The influence of nozzle structural parameters on the flow field was systematically studied. A ball link chain flexible elastic fiber model was established. The coupled dynamic characteristics of the fiber in the gas flow field of the swirl spinning nozzle were studied, and the quantitative description of the fiber movement law was realized. Based on the flow field law, a new type of jet spinning nozzle device with independent intellectual property rights was designed, and the preparation of the wire core spun yarn was realized by the jet vortex spinning.

    During the implementation of the project, 12 papers were published, of which 7 were SCI, and 5 were national patent applications, 2 of which were authorized.

    The expert group recommends further strengthening the research of engineering application and realizing the pformation of project achievements as soon as possible.
