    According to Fashionnetwork, three Maison stores in China will be opened in August and September respectively in Hongkong, Shanghai and Chengdu.

    The brand's co founder and co director, Gildas Loa C, said that the main focus of these stores is the display of clothing categories, but according to the different shops, they will also choose to open a concept store with cafes and Kitsun bars.

    In fact, Maison Kitsun ye, founded in 2002, has a history of 17 years, but it has been cautious in its opening up.

    The two founders of the brand are Gildas Loa C and Masaya Kuroki, respectively, from France and Japan. The former was the agent of legendary electronic Daft Punk, while the latter was an architectural designer.

    This also made the earliest Maison Kitsun e style more inclined to the street tide card, and brand activities were often associated with electronic music and live parties.

    In December 2018, Maison Kitsun hired a new designer who once worked in Celine as Yuni Ahn as a brand, trying to further develop her garment market.

    But the arrival of Yuni Ahn obviously gave Maison Kitsun e more room to play.

    "We have entered a new stage of development, and we have worked hard for two or three years. Next we will enhance the quality and design sense of the brand," Loa C said before. "We have also created a mature design studio for the new creative director."

    But Gildas Loa C does not want to create a pure clothing brand image for Maison Kitsun. He feels that Maison Kitsun is more inclined to a lifestyle brand.

    "We started out with music, and now we're still going on, and that's fashion.

    Today's Maison Kitsun brand also has a chain cafe, Caf e Kitsun, which is one of the key projects of Maison Kitsun.

    In 2017, Maison Kitsun e opened the first brand coffee shop in Japan's Tokyo ginseng Road, providing biscuits, snacks and ice cream in the shop. There was a circle of bamboo at the door of the shop, and the decoration also had strong Edo customs.

    According to Gildas Loa C, coffee shops in the future may be opened next door to brand stores or run independently.

    In fact, Maison Kitsun E and Caf e Kitsun are two separate businesses.
