From the official website of the Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, recently, the Shanghai municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau carried out supervision and spot checks on the quality of knitted underwear products produced and sold in the city.

60 batches of products were tested, and 4 batches of substandard products were tested.

　　本次監督抽查依據SHCCJSGF 201.5-2018《上海市針織(保暖)內衣產品質量監督抽查技術規范》、GB 18401-2010《國家紡織產品基本安全技術規范》、GB/T 29862-2013《紡織品纖維含量的標識》、GB/T 8878-2014《棉針織內衣》、FZ/T 73006-1995《腈綸針織內衣》、FZ/T 73016-2013《針織保暖內衣絮片型》、FZ/T 73017-2014《針織家居服》、FZ/T 73020-2012《針織休閑服裝》、FZ/T 73022-2012《針織保暖內衣》、FZ/T 73024-2014《化纖針織內衣》、FZ/T 73033-2009《大豆蛋白復合纖維針織內衣》、FZ/T 73035-2010《針織彩棉內衣》、FZ/T 73036-2010《吸濕發熱針織內衣》等國家標準及相關行業標準要求，對產品的下列項目進行了檢測：纖維含量、甲醛含量、pH值、可分解致癌芳香胺染料、耐汗漬色牢度、耐水色牢度、耐干摩擦色牢度、耐濕摩擦色牢度、殘留金屬針、保溫率。

The unqualified items involved are wet fastness to rubbing fastness. 3 batches of products do not meet the requirements of the enterprise's express quality, and the unqualified items involved are fiber content.

The color fastness to moisture rubbing reflects the degree of fading of dyed fabrics after being rubbed under wet condition, which is one of the main technical indexes of textiles.

If the color fastness of textiles is poor, the dye will pfer from the textile to other articles, which will directly affect the quality and use of its own and other articles. If pferred to the human skin, it may also cause harm to the human body.

Consumers can understand the product's performance and the comfort level through the explicit fiber content of the enterprise, so as to choose the type of products needed, so the different fiber content will guide the consumer's consumption orientation.

If the actual fiber content of knitted underwear is inconsistent with the content of the label, it may mislead consumers.
