Bai Xiao analyzed the new situation faced by the statistical work, interpreted the management methods of the statistical work of the middle class and the requirements of the China Textile Federation for the statistical work of the industry, emphasized the statistical tables and notes for attention, introduced the selection process and evaluation system of the top 10 non-woven fabrics and excellent suppliers, analyzed the economic operation of the industrial textiles in 2018 and the operation of the nonwovens, and prospected the future work.

Li Suying, deputy secretary general, made a keynote speech on the general situation and trend of spunlace industry in China. He introduced in detail the operation, market, raw materials and equipment of spunlace industry in China, and analyzed the size, regional distribution, product structure and development trend of the spunlaced industry in detail.

Gu Lixia, the Secretariat of the spunlaced branch, introduced the next three years' planning of the branch work.
