The government of Kyrgyzstan has implemented multiple preferential measures for the newly established textile and garment enterprises. Tajikistan is the first country in the world to sign a memorandum of understanding with China on promoting the Silk Road Economic Belt. Both the government and enterprises in Tajikistan have shown strong desire and desire for cooperation in China.
At the end of the report, it is suggested that the target mode of Chinese enterprises investing in Central Asian countries should start from the supply and demand relationship of resources and the technological differences in manufacturing industry, and at the same time, we must understand central Asia from multiple perspectives.
