Xinjiang Market Supervision And Administration Bureau: 5 Batches Of Fiber Products Do Not Meet The Standards.
In January 11, 2019, the official website of Xinjiang market supervisory authority notified the product quality supervision and spot check of 23 categories of products such as low voltage switchgear and switchgear in 2018.
Among them, 39 samples of fiber products produced by 20 production enterprises in 9 prefectures and cities were sampled, and the detection rate of substandard products was 12.8%.
After inspection, the 5 batches of products do not meet the standards, and the unqualified items involve fiber content and formaldehyde.
In view of the problems found in this product quality supervision and spot check, the departments in charge of quality and technology supervision should strictly follow the requirements of the PRC laws and regulations on the quality of products, the regulations on the management of industrial product production licenses in People's Republic of China, and the regulations on the supervision and management of product quality supervision and the Interim Provisions on the post processing of product quality supervision and inspection, and do a good job in the post processing work.

The regional quality supervision departments should promptly organize the implementation of the post processing work after receiving the notice of the autonomous region's product quality supervision and spot check unqualified inspection report and the report of the substandard product inspection report, which should be dealt with in accordance with the law. They should strictly investigate and punish the quality illegal activities according to law, and order the relevant production enterprises to stop producing and selling unqualified products and deal with them according to the relevant regulations. They should promptly issue the rectification notice to the disqualified production enterprises and request a rectification within a specified time.

The relevant quality supervision departments shall, in accordance with the law, order the relevant enterprises to make rectification in time for the identified problems and potential risks, and organize the rectification and reexamination to implement the rectification work of the enterprises concerned one by one, and improve the effectiveness of the supervision after spot check.
If the reexamination is still not qualified, the industrial products production license that has been refused to be corrected will be revoked, cancelled and other relevant procedures according to law.
(three) in view of the undetected and unchecked enterprises (see Annexes 3 and 4), the relevant quality supervision departments in the region should strengthen follow-up follow up supervision, and make them inspect at any time and urge enterprises to ensure quality and safety.
Those enterprises that have not been produced or shut down for industrial production licenses shall promptly complete relevant procedures such as cancellation and cancellation.
(four) the local quality and Technical Supervision Bureau (the market supervision and management department) should inform the local government and relevant departments of the unqualified quality of the spot checks, take effective measures to urge the enterprises to implement the main responsibility of product quality and safety according to law, guide enterprises to organize production according to standards, and earnestly maintain quality and safety.
(five) all quality and technical supervision bureaus (market supervision and management departments) should report to the market supervision and Administration Bureau of the autonomous region in time.
The autonomous region market supervision and administration will timely carry out supervision and give notice.
