China's textile industry accounts for less than 4% of state-owned capital, and private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and collective enterprises account for over 90% of total exports. This proportion is still rising. Therefore, the United States' view of China's "national advance and retreat" is not applicable in the textile industry.

Facing the turbulent and unpredictable future, China's textile industry needs confidence.
