[Go To Xinjiang] "I'Ll Go To Xinjiang" -- About Xinjiang'S Affection For Xinjiang Textile People
I don't know why. When it comes to "Xinjiang", it seems that the real feeling is special.
In fact, these two words are just a place name in the northwest corner of the map of China, an administrative area under the jurisdiction of People's Republic of China.
But it is capable of making a faint ripple in your heart.
Perhaps it is a bit far away. Such a distant nature is endowed with a natural mystery, and the mystery has been evolved into various kinds of labelling impression deeply embedded in the consciousness of every outsider.
In 2018, the documentary "I went to Xinjiang", which was planned and directed by Xinjiang guy Qurban Cemaati, landed on CCTV and attracted widespread attention.
The documentary focuses on the 24 representatives of the struggling life in Xinjiang, including CBA coach Li Qiuping, writer Wang Meng, and the CPPCC National Committee member who is familiar with the textile industry, Yang Minde, chairman of Yida group, Wang Meng.
The documentary shows the current local customs in Xinjiang with vivid and true stories.
Why do we shoot such a documentary for "Xinjiang"? Why can a documentary like a local chronicle be able to land on CCTV and cause people to see the world? In the final analysis, Xinjiang does have its own particularity.
In the 2014 year of the year, Xinjiang launched "vigorously developing the textile and garment industry to promote employment of millions of people". In the past five years, hundreds of textile enterprises from the mainland surged, and the number of new businesses was nearly two thousand.
At the same time, it has brought a group of "mainland textile people" to Xinjiang.
Why do these people come to Xinjiang without hesitation? What does it mean for them to stay away from home in Xinjiang? What is the meaning of Xinjiang's life and how they feel about Xinjiang?
We have never asked such questions.
At present, the textile and garment industry is obviously of great significance for the economic development of Xinjiang, and these "new forces of the aid of Xinjiang" play an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of the textile and garment industry.
They live in Xinjiang, struggle in Xinjiang, sweat and tears in Xinjiang...
On the occasion of the 2018 "one belt and one road" textile and garment industry development forum, the editorial department selected several representatives of textile enterprises in recent years. They were all directly responsible persons who worked in the forefront of Xinjiang for many years. Every day they faced Gobi, backed by snow mountain, and contacted Uygur employees, thinking about the integration and development.
They are the witnesses of the great development of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry in recent years. They are a group of "regrets" when I go to Xinjiang.
Shi Changjia, Xinjiang,
"I love this land. This is my second hometown."
Shi Changjia, chairman of the board of directors of Zhejiang Jie Lai Ya group, has been in charge of Xinjiang for 8 years.
Jie Lai Ya group Xinjiang Xinyue Silk Road Co., Ltd., settled in the first division of alar city.
The project covers the whole industry chain production line from cotton spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing to high-grade towel products. In 2010, 8 yuan was signed to assist Xinjiang, with a total investment of more than 2 billion. At present, more than 2500 people have been placed in employment. It is estimated that after the project is put into operation, the annual output value will reach 3 billion 500 million yuan, providing 10 thousand jobs.
After the central Xinjiang working conference in 2010, Jie Liya responded to the call of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and began to walk in the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains and Tahe up and down with the project plan.
After several rounds of inspection and negotiation, in the 8 month of the year, Lv Zushan, the governor of Zhejiang province and the two provincial economic and Trade Fair jointly hosted by the main leaders of the autonomous region, became the first batch of key contract projects in Zhejiang Province, and finally settled in Alar City, one of them, to eight years now.
Jie Liya chose Xinjiang as an enterprise vision with "the best cotton in the world" as the best product in the world. The first phase of the project was put into operation in September 2015, and the two phase began to install equipment in the second half of 2017.
In my eyes, Xinjiang is a place of sunshine. The scenery here is magnificent and beautiful. The people in Xinjiang are hospitable. The leaders are concerned about the development of foreign enterprises to Xinjiang. All of them are striving to build a better tomorrow for Xinjiang.
The biggest difficulty for the arrival of Xinjiang was the employment of ethnic minorities.
Therefore, in the early stage of the project construction, we attached great importance to the training of minority employees. At the beginning of the 2012 year, 50 ethnic minorities were selected to train in Zhejiang and Hubei base. After several years' efforts, they have overcome various obstacles such as language, culture, habits and habits, and basically grasped the necessary operational skills of modern production, thus becoming the backbone force of the minority staff at present.
Since last year, with the support of relevant departments in the teachers' City, we have established long-term and stable cooperative relations of minority nationality labor export with Kuche, Akeqi, Tumu Shuker and other counties and cities, and nearly 2000 teenagers have signed and reached employment intentions.
Under the meticulous organization and coordination of the two levels of aid and command in Zhejiang and Taizhou, we used Taizhou's aid to Xinjiang to actively promote the intelligence to support the Xinjiang project, signed a school enterprise cooperation agreement with Aks Vocationl and Technical College, Akesu technical school and alar vocational technical school, opened the "Lai ya ya minority textile class" and "bilingual skills training course for ethnic minority backbone workers", invested 500 yuan and ten thousand yuan to set up the "Lai Ya minority minority youth employment promotion fund" in Alar vocational and technical school, and initially set up a resource pool for ethnic minorities that can continuously provide us with high quality and bilingual knowledge.
However, since this year, the number of qualified employees that can be provided for enterprises has become less and less. Especially at present, the annual production of 10 thousand tons of towel production line in the two phase of the project is about to be tested in the whole line, facing the double pressure of recruitment difficulty and personnel structure adjustment.
In addition to employment difficulties, enterprises are also faced with financing difficulties.
At present, financial institutions still have various restrictive conditions in the financing of textile enterprises. Most enterprises still face many obstacles and difficulties such as lack of financing channels, high threshold, strict censorship, long process and so on.
Despite the rapid development of the textile industry in Xinjiang, there are still huge gaps compared to the mature coastal areas of Southeast China, such as insufficient supporting industries and difficulties in logistics turnover.
However, we still have confidence in the future. We will rely on the national "one belt and one way" strategy to make full use of the quality cotton resources in Alar City, and develop the Eurasian market which is close to 13 billion billion people, and create the international dream of China.
Feng Wenjun, Xinjiang:
"The organization will send you, go and do it."
Feng Wenjun,
Xinjiang Richa fiber
Deputy party secretary, chairman and general manager of the limited company, born in Zibo, Shandong, was born in 1968, 8 years ago.
Xinjiang Fu Li Da Fiber Co., Ltd. is located in Korla economic and Technological Development Zone, Bazhou, Xinjiang. The company produces 400 thousand tons of cellulose staple fiber, 90 thousand tons of pulp and 300 thousand tons of sulphuric acid annually, supporting the production capacity of 76MW power station, 10 billion 800 million yuan and 2455 employees of all nationalities.
In March 2011, I pferred from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Qilu Petrochemical Company to Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical company from the Qilu Petrochemical Company.
8 years ago, we came to Xinjiang with the "chemical dream of building the largest PVC Industrial Park". Eight years later, we felt the vast territory and abundant natural resources of Xinjiang, and felt the hardships of developing and starting a business in the western region. We also felt the feelings and social responsibilities of China Thailand group as a leading state-owned enterprise in Xinjiang. What we felt most deeply was the special care of the party and the state and the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.
Living in the eastern coastal areas for half a lifetime, suddenly fought to the western border. When we first came, food, clothing and shelter, including climate, time and other issues, especially the living environment of many ethnic groups, everything needed to be adapted.
However, I often remember my father's instructions before leaving the office: "if the organization sends you to go, it will do well."
In fact, the magic weapon for overcoming difficulties is summed up in a word: down-to-earth, rooted in the front line, working with cadres and staff of all nationalities, living together, working together, doing, learning, summarizing and improving.
8 years ago, I have regarded this as my own home without complaining. The most talked about with my friends in the mainland is that all of you in the mainland are well-developed and need to help us in Xinjiang.
Developing the textile and garment industry in Xinjiang is a strategic policy formulated by the Party Central Committee.
However, the textile and garment industry can only solve the social employment most effectively by extending to the most terminal such as garments and home textiles.
Xinjiang is short of water and most of its water quality is not good, leading to the difficulty of printing and dyeing in Xinjiang, which directly restricts the extension of the industrial chain.
In addition, the lack of high-end talents is another important factor restricting development.
At present, Xinjiang has reached the capacity of 40 tons of regenerated cellulose staple fiber to become the first enterprise in the world to produce the single plant, and the Bazhou Jinfu special yarn industry Co., Ltd.
Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun cotton spinning
Two subsidiary companies of limited company can achieve 80% digested capacity digestion in situ.
At present, Xinjiang's coal and electricity resources and special policy advantages are still quite obvious. In addition, after nearly two years of equipment upgrading and upgrading, the quality of products has been steadily improving. We have great confidence in the future development of enterprises.
We will resolutely and resolutely carry out the nineteen spirit of the party, guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and do a good job in achieving long-term and healthy development of safety and environmental protection. At the same time, we should solve social employment, actively fulfill social responsibilities and promote economic development, and contribute positively to the overall goal of achieving social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.
Xinjiang Yida Li Guanghai:
"Tomorrow is better here."
Li Guanghai,
Xinjiang Yida textile
Deputy general manager of the company, 45 years old, native of Xinjiang, entered Yida group in 1995 and worked in Xinjiang for 23 years.
Since its establishment in the 1995 year in Turpan, Yida has seven branches in Xinjiang.
It formed the first cotton breeding, planting and ginning in China.
Production of high count pure cotton yarn
The vertically integrated supply chain production enterprise has a high-tech compact spinning production scale of 22 million million spindles.
I am a native of Xinjiang. My greatest feeling is the rapid change of Xinjiang these years.
Since entering the Yida group in 1995, I have been in the 23 year of the group's establishment in Xinjiang from the establishment to the high-speed development in the 23 years that I have been growing for a long time. At the beginning, the group found that Xinjiang had the best quality long staple cotton resources and geopolitical advantages in the whole country, but there was no local yarns factory worthy of these cotton, so Xinjiang came to build factories.
Yida has been in existence since 1995.
Turpan area
Since the establishment of the first cotton mill, there are now seven branches in Xinjiang.
It has formed the first domestic vertical integrated supply chain manufacturer from cotton breeding, planting, cotton rolling to producing high count pure cotton yarn, and owns 22 million tons of high technology compact spinning production scale.
Yida development has always been heavy and weight free, and the cotton mill has all produced high quality high count yarn products.
Due to the importance of R & D, technology and innovation, we believe that enterprises must constantly improve their management level so that the most advanced and first-class equipment can be applied well so that technology can truly play its due value.
At the same time, in southern Xinjiang, in order to encourage cotton farmers to grow high-quality long staple cotton, the cash payment method instead of the "white bill" has increased the confidence of cotton farmers and effectively guaranteed the output and quality of raw materials.
In addition, the group set up the Yida Yang Yuanlong Education Foundation in Xinjiang, paying close attention to the health education and environmental protection concept of primary and middle school students in remote poverty-stricken areas, and fulfilling the social responsibility of an enterprise.
With the strategy of "one belt and one road" in recent years and the preferential policies of Xinjiang to develop textile industry, we believe that with the strong support of the government, the development of the textile industry in Xinjiang will become better and better.
Under the new era and new normal, the Yida group will take the "one belt and one road" and the construction of the core area of the Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt as an opportunity to focus on improving lean production, enhance innovation capability, promote intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, form new development kinetic energy, create new competitive advantages, and promote the textile industry to move towards industrial 4.
I was born in Xinjiang and grew up in Xinjiang. This is my hometown.
There are natural beauty, multicultural nationalities, and all kinds of delicious food. I sincerely wish my hometown a brighter tomorrow.
