    It is divided into two products, Ne 60 and Ne 80.

    Pure cotton woven yarn

    The two products have the same speed raising steps.

    During the experiment, the machine condition and yarn quality were recorded separately for the final analysis and summary.

    The 60 branch eventually increased from 16500 R / min to 21500 R / min, an increase of 30.3%.

    All indicators are within the scope of quality control standards.

    According to Fig. 1, when the spindle speed is 21500 R / min, the number of broken ends is 14, which is far lower than the control index 20.

    At the same time, throughout the speed up process, the breakage did not increase significantly.

    Similarly, with the increase of vehicle speed, the yarn hairiness value did not fluctuate significantly, which was also lower than the control index.

    Similarly, as shown in Fig. 2, the yarn evenness, thickness and neps of the 60 yarns did not exceed the quality control standard at 21500 rpm, and there was no sharp deterioration in quality during the speed increase.

    Another 80 varieties of pure cotton yarns speed increased from 18500 rpm to 20500 rpm, which was 10.8% higher than the original vehicle speed.

    All indicators are within the standard of quality control.


    According to Fig. 3, the breakage of spindle speed of 20500 revolutions / points is 14.8 / 1000 spindles.

    At the same time, it can be found that during the whole speed increase, the broken ends did not increase significantly under high speed.

    However, there is no significant change in the hairiness value of customers during the whole speed increase, and also in the quality control standard.

    In the same way, as shown in Figure 4, when the spindle speed reaches 20500 rpm, the dry, coarse and fine knots of 80 yarns are close to the quality control standard. It can also be seen that the yarn quality will deteriorate, but the degree is not very obvious when the speed breaks through 19500 rpm.

     

    What economic benefits will speed up experiments bring?

    Energy consumption analysis after spinning speed increase

    For production and energy consumption, we recorded and compared two kinds of yarns that participated in the experiment.

    As can be seen from table 1, when the speed increased by 30% (from 16500 to 21500 to / 21500), the output of 60 pure cotton yarn increased by 27.7% (from the optimization of the Lida speed curve, the average spindle speed of single spindle) and the energy consumption by 24.8%.

    Similarly, according to table 2, when the spindle speed increased by 10.8%, the output of 80 pure cotton yarn increased by 11% during the same unit production time, and the energy consumption per kilogram yarn increased by 4.4%.

    The experimental results show that domestic customers can speed up the spinning machine and do not face the risk of increasing hairiness, increasing the breakage rate and decreasing quality as the customer mentioned.

    On the contrary, according to the experimental results, hairiness and breakage did not change significantly during the whole speed increase, and the drop in quality was acceptable only in the standard of quality control.

    As long as we grasp the rhythm in the speed raising process and pay attention to observing the breakage rate, Mao Yu and quality, customers must be able to find their own speed.

    Economic benefit analysis of spinning speed increase

    The ultimate goal of speed increase is to enable enterprises to reduce costs and increase profits.

    According to the cost accounting model of Lida spinning, we simulated the cost calculation of spinning mill, and divided the main cost into assets cost, operation cost, energy consumption cost, labor cost and scrap cost (see Table 3).

    The speed of the 60 woven yarns increased by 30.3% from the speed of 16500 rpm to 21500 rpm, and the total cost per day could be reduced by 14%, that is, 1.2 yuan / kg yarn.

    If the spinning plant with 50000 spindles is taken as an example, the total cost can be reduced by 5 million 120 thousand yuan per year, based on 350 days per day and 24 hours per day.

    Weaving yarn

    From 18500 rpm to 20500 rpm, the spindle speed is increased by 10.8%, and the total cost per day can be reduced by 5.2%, that is, 0.61 yuan / kg yarn.

    Taking the spinning plant with 50000 spindles as an example, the total cost can be reduced by 1 million 650 thousand yuan per year in 350 days and 24 hours per day.

    To sum up, the profit brought by the speed increase of spinning frame is enormous, but it is the work of all sides to speed up the spinning machine.

    It is a systematic project to realize high-speed spinning. It is necessary to consider many factors, such as raw materials, technology, equipment, environment and special equipment.
