The company dispatched experienced workers and technicians to measure the site many times. After determining the layout of the equipment, the company provided precise foundation reinforcement plan for the customer by weighing the equipment accurately.

During the Spunlace production process, it is necessary to recycle and reuse most of the water. Taking into account the existing condition of the factory premises of Russian customers, it is not suitable to destroy the ditch on the ground. In terms of product design, the product design manager reasonably avoids the support column of the workshop according to the existing factory conditions of the customer, and designs the equipment completely without affecting the overall performance of the equipment.

Through the concerted efforts of design units and production units, the spunlace equipment arrived at the user site on time in January this year. The installation personnel also arrived in the same period, and entered the tense installation and commissioning work.

The installation personnel are suffering from extreme cold weather of more than 20 degrees below zero. They need to rebuild and reinforce the workshop, and overcome the difficulties of installation tools and lifting tools.
