Vietnam'S EU Tax Exemption Agreement Takes Effect, Textile And Clothing Exports Increase
In the first quarter of 2018, Vietnamese clothing exports remained strong, and the growth rate of exports slowed down compared with the past few years.
In 2018, the duty-free agreement between Vietnam and the EU came into effect. Vietnam's clothing exports to the EU increased significantly, and exports to the United States slowed down significantly.
According to official statistics from Vietnam, Vietnam's textile and clothing exports surged 14.55% in the first quarter of 2018 to US $6 billion 440 million in dollar terms.
