Commodity prices rise, cost drives chemical fiber prices. At the same time, due to good demand and smooth price pmission, the quality and efficiency of the chemical fiber industry has improved significantly.

In 2017, the total amount of chemical fiber processing in China reached 46 million 60 thousand tons, accounting for 84% of the total textile fiber processing, accounting for 70% of the world's major chemical fiber output.

In 13th Five-Year, the output of chemical fiber will maintain an annual average growth rate of 3.3%.

Xiaoping also pointed out that the textile industry has been China's traditional pillar industries, important livelihood industries and the creation of new international advantages. Under the great background of socialism entering the new era, the textile industry has been given the new label of "innovation driven technology industry, culture led fashion industry and responsibility oriented green industry". The chemical fiber industry is an industry with international competitive advantages in China, an important pillar industry for the overall competitiveness of the textile industry, and an important part of the strategic emerging industries.

Wang Jiayi made a keynote speech entitled "innovative weaving, promoting product development, leading the development of the industry with green fashion", introducing the overall situation of the industry development, achievements, problems and Countermeasures in product development and technological innovation.

According to China Customs statistics, in 2018 1~3, China's chemical fiber filament fabrics exported 3 billion 112 million meters, an increase of 7.82% over the same period last year, and the growth rate increased by 13.08 percentage points over the same period last year. However, influenced by the trade situation, the export volume in March was 596 million meters, which was significantly lower than that in February.

According to the statistics of National Bureau of statistics, in 2018 1~4, the income of owner's business revenue of China's above scale chemical fiber weaving processing totaled 34 billion 212 million yuan, an increase of 12.59% over the same period last year, and the growth rate increased by 2.83 percentage points compared with the same period last year. The total profit totaled 1 billion 189 million yuan, up 9.16% over the same period last year, and the profit margin was 3.48%.

Wang Jiayi pointed out that 2018 is an important year for the implementation of the 13th Five-Year plan, and it is also the key year to speed up the pace of product restructuring in the silk weaving industry and realize the development of technology, fashion and green.

The filament weaving industry is the most innovative industry in the textile industry, especially in the forefront of the textile industry in terms of product development and innovation.

It makes all the efforts to build three big nylon industrial agglomeration areas, such as the new high-tech park nylon NEW material industry park, the Development Zone Chang An textile garden, the Dun tou town chemical fiber production Park, etc., attracting a large number of upstream and downstream enterprises to accelerate agglomeration, the industrial chain is becoming more and more perfect to realize the annual capacity of nylon 6 Slice 1 million tons, nylon 66 slice 200 thousand tons, polyamide fiber production accounts for 1/8 of the country's three major nylon production bases, and has been rated as the national fashion nylon demonstration base, national differential polyamide demonstration base base and national polyamide new material base.

Deng Jiazhong, director of the Haian high and New Technology Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, explained the situation of Haian nylon industry.

The main products of the chemical fiber industry of hi-tech zone include hundreds of specifications of nylon monofilament, multifilament, nylon FDY yarn, nylon HOY yarn, nylon DTY yarn, nylon POY yarn, nylon staple fiber and so on. It is widely used in civil, industrial, military and other fields.

In recent years, the hi-tech zone has made active explorations in extending the industrial chain and making bigger and stronger fiber industries, increasing the investment and attracting strength of the nylon industry. At present, a number of nylon 6 slicing enterprises with a total investment of more than 2 billion yuan have been set up in Haian, such as Yong Tong new materials and Hongsheng new materials. At the same time, enterprises in the industry have stepped up the investment in technological pformation, and the nylon industry has been developing vigorously.

At present, the planning area of nylon industrial material park is 10 square kilometers, the core area is 6000 mu, the infrastructure is in place, and all of them are allowed to build the area, and the enterprises in the park should achieve nine links and one leveling. The key is to attract the production and research and development enterprises of nylon differential spinning, functional fiber, long silk weaving and functional fabrics.

Preferential policies for industrial enterprises, such as industrial fund support, 6%-10% purchase subsidy for new equipment, talent introduction and reward, will be given to enterprises in the park.

Chen Long, a professor at Donghua University, gave a speech entitled "research and development of chemical fibers" and introduced the current research and development trend of chemical fibers at home and abroad, as well as the current research progress of Donghua University.

He stressed that in textile materials, Germany emphasized low carbon, green and recycling. It believed that the high performance, functional innovation and composite materials of new textile materials were the future development trend; the United States paid attention to system innovation, the close combination of industry, University and research industry chain elements, and emphasized the integration of military and civilian, and the revitalization of the textile industry.

He pointed out that the domestic textile materials will be professionally customized, multiple technology integration, and the overall development of the industry chain.

On the fiber component, the composition of the fiber will develop from a single direction to a simple and multiple direction. In size, the fiber will develop towards a low dimension and fine direction. Technically, the fiber will develop towards bionics and biomimetic technology.
