Theme of competition

Advocating "Shang" life

Moral: freedom is the most desirable life for everyone, doing what they like and wearing clothes that they like.

Woolen fabrics are generally more popular in people's minds. With your understanding of freedom, the needle thread is used to give fashion freedom to woollen garments, and to show the true beauty of wool weaving in a leisure and comfortable form.

Work requirement

1. the work fully reflects the characteristics of woolen garments, with distinct sense of the times and cultural taste. It has commercial value, complete series and clothing accessories, and each series has 5 sets (men's and women's garments are not limited).

2. unique style, fine production, matching accessories.

Forms of expression

The sweater design draft: color rendering ((specifications: 297 mm X420 mm, that is A3 size) (on the same piece of paper) on the back and attached to the style chart, process description, work title and design concept, and yarn, fabric X (8cm X 8cm).

The finalists are required to make woolen garments for final performance.

Entry Information

1. to enroll in the competition to provide the design draft, the entries must be original and unpublished by the contestants. If the entries are published or plagiarized, they will be disqualified and eligible.

2. deadline is September 20, 2018.

3. on the back of the manuscript, name, gender, age, communication address, contact telephone number, fax and a 2 inch color photo are required.

4. the finalists who go to Dalang to go to the hard sleeper train tickets and the cost of board and lodging during the competition in Dalang will be borne by the organizing committee, and the cost of clothing production for the shortlisted players will be RMB 1500 yuan.

5. all the materials will not be returned. The organizer has the right to publicize, publish and display all the entries, gold, silver and bronze award winning garments, and submit the entries to the organizers.

Note: in order to encourage players to take account of the commercial elements and conceptual elements of their works when they create their works, the organizing committee will organize special buyers to consider the commercial value of all the entries in the preliminary evaluation stage. The works with outstanding commercial value will be communicated by the enterprises and the players, and the production will be produced to the market.

The selected works were awarded 10 points plus in the preliminary contest (the first score was 100 points).

Competition process

1. deadline for publication: September 20, 2018

2. preliminary assessment: in late September 2018, the professional judges made preliminary comments on the design draft and issued the notice of entry.

3. final: to be held in Dalang, Dongguan on November 5, 2018, the entrants must submit their work in advance to the designated venue of the organizing committee.
