In order to promote structural adjustment and industrial upgrading of regenerated chemical fiber (polyester) industry, prevent low-level redundant construction, reduce waste of resources, encourage the comprehensive utilization of regenerated chemical fiber (polyester) with high quality, high efficiency and high value, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of industry, according to the principles of rational layout, adjustment of structure, encouraging innovation, saving resources, reducing consumption, protecting environment and safe production, the Ministry of industry and Commerce officially promulgated the "Specification for regenerated chemical fiber (polyester) industry" in June 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "standard conditions").

Taking the material consumption in the resource consumption index as an example, the standard conditions stipulate that the unit consumption of regenerated raw materials is less than 1.25 tons / ton, the unit consumption of recycled polyester staple fiber is less than 1.03 tons / ton, and the unit consumption of pre oriented Silk raw material in regenerated polyester filament is below 1.03 tons / ton, and the total consumption of raw material of recycled draft filament is less than 1.05 tons / ton.

The company has been implementing green cleaner production, such as VOC gas removal rate has reached 90%.

The products of Anhui East Jin Resources Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. include regenerated polyester filament and regenerated polyester staple, and regenerated polyester knitted fabric and woven fabric. The annual production capacity of regenerated knitted fabric is about 5000 tons.

Zhu Jianxun introduced that Jieshou City is an important recycling base for plastic recycling in China, of which 40% is PET.

70% of the raw materials used by the company are purchased locally. The regenerated PET staple products are sold to Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and 40% of the regenerated polyester filament is used for the production of woven and knitted regenerated fabrics.

The materials used by Dong Jin company are pure regenerated. 40% of the fiber products belong to the raw liquid coloring fiber, which can be used for printing and dyeing in the downstream, and neutral oil additives are also used in production.

The company turns the leftover leftover material into foam material and reproduces, and carries out the variable frequency control of the power equipment.

At present, the company has 3 boilers, of which 1 are fired biomass resources and the other two are burning natural gas.
