First, the election requirements:

1. Candidates should be employed in industrial textiles and related industries for more than 5 years, and be the main leaders of their units or outstanding contributors to scientific research projects.

2, the unit of the candidate must have a certain scale, efficiency and industry influence. Foreign-funded enterprises must have production plants or specialized research institutes in China.

3, candidates must have a high sense of social responsibility and a good public image, which is an important participant in promoting the development of the industry in recent years.

4, the winners of last China's leading producer of industrial textiles did not participate in the selection in principle.
