In order to further promote the development of exhibition industry and urban economy, Jimo District has revised the "measures" in the light of the experience of mice in recent years.

The third chapter is about support methods, conditions and standards.

Tenth subsidies for local enterprises. Local enterprises take part in the exhibition that is held in our city and evaluated and approved by the exhibition and Management Department of our city, giving 80% subsidy to the actual expenditure booth fee. The subsidy for each international standard booth is not more than 6000 yuan. The number of subsidies for the same enterprise exhibition booth does not exceed three standard places.

The fourth chapter is declaration, approval and appropriation.

Seventeenth items of exhibition items or enterprises that are eligible for the subsidy shall be declared online by the Jimo Convention and exhibition network before the 30 day of the exhibition. The application will be submitted to the City Council for the promotion of trade within 30 working days of the exhibition. The principle of the exhibition project subsidy is declared by the undertaking unit, and there are many contractors in a convention and exhibition project, and the subsidy application is made by the main undertaking unit.

The eighteenth City Council for the promotion of trade will verify and confirm the declared data. During the exhibition, the Municipal Finance Bureau (or the third party organization) will conduct on-site inspection and examination on the declared exhibition items according to the declared materials.

The nineteenth exhibition units that have been pre declared should submit written applications and related materials to the City Council for promoting trade within 30 working days after the end of the exhibition. After the review of the City Council for the promotion of trade (CCPIT), the financial subsidy or award of the specific amount was made, and the Public Finance Bureau was reposted for 7 days without any objection. After the review was passed, the Municipal Finance Bureau handled the formalities according to the prescribed procedures.

In order to apply for subsidized exhibition projects, the twentieth contractors should submit the conference and exhibition projects in the next year to the city's annual plan before the end of October. In principle, the exhibition items which do not report according to the prescribed procedures and time limits are not included in the scope of special funds support.

Sixth chapter supplementary provisions

The twenty-third measures are to be explained by the City Council for trade promotion and the Municipal Finance Bureau, and the effective period is from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020.
