The following adjustments have been made in this year's declarations.

I. application materials include two parts.

2, paper materials: including the declaration and accessories, together with binding, without additional cover.

One in two copies, one of which requires the original and the original in the upper right corner of the cover.

The declaration form needs to be printed directly from the declaration system, and the contents need to be exactly the same as the electronic documents.

Two, deadline for reporting

1, deadline for Internet reporting: 9 a.m. on June 15, 2017.

2, paper declaration deadline: June 20, 2017.
