With the development of trademark brand of quality service industry, a group of industrial clusters and trademark leading enterprises with outstanding advantages and demonstrative effects have been formed. On the basis of it, a number of trademark brand cultivation bases and trademark brand cultivation demonstration enterprises have been identified.

At the same time, we should strengthen research and guidance for well-known and famous trademark reserve enterprises and innovative small and micro enterprises, and focus on finding and cultivating potential enterprises to apply for registered trademarks and create famous and well-known trademarks.

We should seriously organize and analyze potential brand enterprises, focus on "one to one" guidance, and intervene in innovative enterprises and service enterprises in advance.

We should explore and improve the assessment methods of famous trademarks in the province, and plan to carry out special evaluation work for key industries such as tourism in the whole province.

In the innovation of trademark brand strategy working mechanism, we should strengthen the guidance to Luoyang's "trademark acceptance window", strictly accept the process, strictly enforce the provisions of the first instance, and constantly improve the service quality of the trademark window; actively promote the pilot work of trademark pledge in Zhengzhou, pay attention to communication and coordination, strengthen the publicity of trademark pledge of enterprises, effectively exert the function of trademark pledge financing, intensify efforts and actively promote the early work of the Zhengzhou trademark inspection cooperation sub center declaration, and strive to facilitate the establishment and effective use of the Zhengzhou trademark inspection cooperation sub center at an early date.

In trademark law enforcement, we must maintain a high pressure situation, crack down on torts, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of trademark owners.

Focusing on well-known trademarks, famous trademarks, geographical indications and foreign trade marks, we should crack down on infringement and counterfeiting and protect the right to exclusive use of trademarks. In accordance with the unified arrangement of the SAIC and the provincial government, we should conscientiously implement the key tasks of doubles, and give full play to the functions of the member units of the "doubles" leading group of the Provincial Bureau, continue to carry out special actions against intellectual property rights and counterfeit and shoddy products, and actively utilize the trademark protection cooperation network of the six provinces in Central China and the trademark protection cooperation network of Huaihai Economic Zone, and enhance the protection of trademark exclusive rights in the region.
