The advantage of the technology lies in that the dyeing process is simple and easier to control the production. The process is simple and the dependence on dye properties is reduced. There is no need to worry about the problem of dye hydrolysis; when there is no stain in dark dyeing, the high dye uptake and fixation rate reduce the dependence on the performance of tricolor dyes, and reduce the use of other chemicals. The advantages of pollution-free dyeing process for environmental protection and energy saving: in traditional reactive dyeing process, the use of salt, soda ash and fixing agent is necessary, and the deeper the color, the greater the dosage. Dyeing by reactive dyes will take 6-10 hours to complete a dyeing. This will lead to high production cost, and a large success rate variable may not meet the needs of production, while no pollution dyeing process without salt, soda and fixing agent, dyeing time is successfully stained in 3 hours. At present, the textile products produced by this technology have been tested by the SGS testing organization, and the results confirm that the products meet the requirements of safety, green and healthy textile standards.
