In the first three quarters of 2016, the operation of the textile industry was basically normal, and the growth of indicators such as production, marketing and efficiency was relatively stable. The main business revenue was 52159 billion yuan, an increase of 4.08% over the same period last year; the total realized profit amounted to 261 billion 500 million yuan, an increase of 3.66% over the same period.

As for the domestic and foreign market, the retail sales volume of clothing and shoes and hat textiles increased by 7.2% over the same period of 1~9 months. The growth rate slowed down by 3 percentage points compared with the same period in 2015 (10.2%), and the textile and garment exports increased by 0.04% over the same period last year.

The pressure on the industry to continue to operate smoothly is still large, the cost burden of enterprises has not been lightened, and the growth momentum of domestic and foreign markets is weak. The textile industry needs to further accelerate the pace of pformation and upgrading.

In recent years, the development of e-commerce in China has been developing rapidly. The application of e-commerce has been rapidly popularized. The influence and driving effect of e-commerce on traditional industries and circulation industry is increasing day by day, and it also brings enormous business opportunities to the development of SMEs.

During the 12th Five-Year, the application environment of e-business in the industry has been continuously improved, and the ability of enterprises to apply e-commerce to brands and benefits has been constantly improving.

In 2015, the total e-commerce volume of textile and clothing reached 3 trillion and 700 billion yuan, accounting for 17.79% of the total e-commerce pactions in the country, and it is expected to reach 4 trillion and 500 billion yuan in 2016.

In 1-9 months, the online retail sales of apparel products increased by 16.3% over the same period last year, and the total retail sales reached one trillion yuan in the whole year.

At present, Humen clothing e-commerce is in the forefront of the industry in terms of government support, public services, exchanges and cooperation and scale development.
