A total of 60 batches of products were inspected and 8 batches failed.

The spot checks found that 8 batches of products failed, and the substandard items involved were: sensory quality,

The supervision and spot check is based on SHCCJSGF 203.20-2013 "Shanghai product quality supervision and spot check implementation specification - adult dress, casual shoes" and "GB 28011-2011".

The quality of sneakers sold by well-known brands is more assured, but the result is not satisfactory.

It is found that poor folding resistance can directly cause shoes to be unwearable, and the adhesion is poor, which can cause shoe cracking and wear.

It is understood that the reason why the color fastness of lining and inner pad is not qualified is mainly due to the use of inferior dyes in the process of shoe dyeing during manufacture, or by inadequate washing after dyeing. The dye and some heavy metal molecules after falling off will be absorbed through the skin, which will endanger human health.

The following items of products were tested: sensory quality, peel strength, wear resistance, bending resistance, hardness of bottom heel, heel binding force, pull out strength of shoe upper, lining and inner pad color fastness, shoe steel hook and limit of harmful substances (formaldehyde, decomposable aromatic amine dye).
