Announcements show that Yalu operation 2014 and 2015 1-12, respectively, the operating income of 32 million 804 thousand and 600 yuan, 76 million 61 thousand and 400 yuan, net profit were -1189.94 yuan, 5 million 221 thousand and 700 yuan.
According to the data disclosed by the national share pfer system, Yalu operation was formerly established in December 8, 2009 by Jiangsu Investment Company Limited, and completed the share reform in September 2015. The deputy general manager Gu Ying Hua directly owns 31.25% of the company's shareholding and, through indirect holding of 28.80% stake in Yalu holdings, directly or indirectly shares 60.05% of the company's shares, which is the largest shareholder and actual controller of the company.
It is understood that Jiangsu Yalu brand operation Limited by Share Ltd main business is "Yalu" brand.
Men's wear
The development, design and sale of garments (non down garments), the brand authorization, operation and management of the "Yalu" brand (non down garment), the sale of men's down garments and the third party brand clothing.
According to brand classification, the company's products are mainly divided into "Yalu men's clothing" brand, "hundred Lotus" brand women's clothing and "ollow" brand men's clothing.
According to product category, it can be divided into non feather products and down products.
The company will start from the sales channel construction, product design, publicity and promotion, and make Yalu men's clothing a famous brand in men's wear market.
