    Distinguished leaders, guests and friends: Hello!

    First, I represent.

    China Federation of textile industry

    Congratulations on the opening of the annual conference of innovation, the Keqiao summit, and thanks to the people's Government of Keqiao District, the China Light Textile City Construction Management Committee, which has given great support to it.

    The theme of the summit is "new supply, new demand and new pattern", and explore the direction and way of upgrading and upgrading the industry.

    For the textile industry, innovation is the first driving force for the development of the industry.

    Here we share two points: one is standing alone, the other two is Ming Dynasty.

    First, confidant.

    Generally speaking, the development of the industry can be summed up as: slow down, stable, stable and worrying, obvious differentiation, and prospects.

    In 2015, textile, light industry and other consumer goods industries contributed more than 30% to industrial growth.

    This determines that the basic position of the textile industry as the pillar industry of China's national economy will not be shaken, and the basic role of promoting the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way will not be shaken.

    From the perspective of industrial history, the history of the development of the textile industry runs through the history of human civilization. The first industrial revolution originated in textile industry, and modern financial innovation originated from textiles. The textile industry is the leader of China's economic reform and the forerunner of foreign economic and trade.

    Textile and clothing

    It plays a special role in the development of e-commerce.

      



    China's leading position is hard to shake in the short term.

    Half of the top ten are developed countries in Europe and the United States, and Italy's export share exceeds that of India and other traditional export countries and regions.

      


    From the perspective of industrial attributes, textile and clothing are industrial products that meet people's material needs and are also cultural carriers that enrich people's spiritual life. The textile industry has an economic contribution to promoting economic growth and stimulating employment, and also has a cultural contribution to beautify life and promote culture.

    In 2015, the main business income of textile industry accounted for 6.41% of China's above scale industries, accounting for 6.07% of total profits, 4.30% of tax and 5.32% of investment. Especially important, the total profit, tax and investment share continued to increase steadily since the global financial crisis. In terms of domestic consumption, clothing shoes and hats and needle textiles accounted for 9.46% of the total retail sales of consumer goods above the national limit, and clothing consumption accounted for 7.4% of the national average consumption expenditure per capita. In 2015, clothing and apparel pactions accounted for 32.75% of China's online retail B2C market turnover.

    From the perspective of industrial responsibility, the textile industry first produces high-quality products, forms effective supply, and satisfies people's new expectations for a better life.

    This determines that the textile industry is an important livelihood industry and an industry that creates new advantages of internationalization. The requirements for the development of the industry can not be reduced, and the quality of the development of the industry can not be reduced.

    From the perspective of industrial mission, the textile industry should promote ecological civilization and social harmony through development.

    This determines that in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the direction of green development and responsibility development will not change, and the purpose of serving the people's livelihood and improving people's livelihood will not change.

    Therefore, the textile industry "13th Five-Year" development plan put forward a new expression of industrial positioning: "the textile industry is a traditional pillar industry, an important livelihood industry and an industry that creates new advantages of internationalization. It is an industry combining technology and fashion, clothing consumption and industrial use. It plays an important role in beautifying people's life, promoting related industries, stimulating domestic demand growth, building ecological civilization, enhancing cultural self-confidence and promoting social harmony."

    These expressions reflect the inevitable requirement and inevitable process of the pformation and upgrading of China's textile industry to the high end.

    Two.

    The essence of supply side structural reform is to correct the mismatch of supply and demand structure and the distortion of factor allocation, to solve the problem that effective supply can not adapt to the change of market demand, to achieve a new balance between supply and demand at a higher level; the two is to expand effective supply, improve the adaptability and flexibility of supply structure, improve the quality of supply, create new supply and cultivate new demand; and the three is to play the decisive role of market allocation of resources, to revitalize the productive factors such as labor, capital, land and other factors that precipitate excess capacity, so as to pfer production factors from low efficiency to high efficiency, and then optimize the resource allocation and improve total factor productivity.

    Innovation is the key.

    Whether innovation can become a habitual movement in the textile industry is related to the success or failure of textile giants to strong countries.

    Some people conclude that the three major malignant tumors that restrict China's economic development or impede innovation are: the price of the plagiarism, the winner of the low price, and the burning of money by the boast.

    Simply chasing after others' strengths and not thinking about innovation can never make up for their short development.

    On the other hand, we can not consume the capacity, and the demand that we can not satisfy can only explain the lack of innovation.

    Therefore, it is a task for the whole country and the whole industry to choose a targeted and effective way to promote innovation.

    And innovation needs to be enlightened.

    First of all, new changes are taking place in the demand side, mainly in three aspects.

    First, the pition from attention product to attention experience: consumers pay attention to the price and quality, and begin to pay attention to the consumption experience and cultural expression, the rise of the electricity supplier, change the buying way, stimulate the entity retail to pform, enhance the shopping experience, and actively guide and create consumer demand;

    The two is the sinking from the urban market to the urban market: with the general improvement of residents' income, the deepening of urbanization process and the rapid rise of the middle and high income class, the market potential has begun to sink to the cities and towns.

    The three is the evolution from the simple 28 economy to the long tail economy. The consumption demand is more rational, changing the consumption behavior of imitation and wave consumption in the past, and developing towards diversification, differentiation and individuation.

    Secondly, for the supply side, changes can be summarized into three points.

    First, the cost is flat: affected by technological revolution, capital cost, raw material price, energy price, policy environment and other factors, the global cost gap of textile manufacturing is shrinking, textile costs tend to be flat, and supply is decentralized.

    The two is mode innovation: the rapid development of information technology has provided opportunities and innovation platform for the textile industry. New models and new attempts of D2C, C2B, share economy and net red economy have springing up continuously.

    The three is intelligent manufacturing: the process of intelligent robot construction is speeding up, and the trend of machine generation is becoming more and more obvious. According to CNNIC, 19.9% and 11% of manufacturing enterprises in 2015 have planned or adopted automatic manufacturing and industrial robots.

    Many brand enterprises in the industry promote collaborative design and network customization with "Internet +", and build a consumer centric Internet industry mode to promote the customization of high-end products.

    In the face of such a great change, we must emphasize fundamental and revolutionary technological innovation, while also paying attention to cultural creativity, management innovation, business model innovation and supply chain collaborative innovation to meet consumer demand, optimize cost structure and promote sustainable development of the industry.

    More specifically, cost control and quality management are the foundation, product design and business mode are the guarantee, consumption safety and environmental friendliness are responsibilities, consumption orientation and life style are the objectives.

    To meet new needs, create new supply and create new pattern, we need systematic layout and long-term planning.

    At the national and industrial level, focusing on the task of "three down, one down and one subsidy" put forward by the central economic work conference, the textile industry's steady growth, structural adjustment, pformation and upgrading, reducing production and efficiency have become the key work. The special plan of action for improving consumer goods (2016-2018) has been drafted and implemented, and the strategy of increasing the variety, quality and brand of the three products has been implemented.

    The upcoming "13th Five-Year development plan" for textile industry will also further clarify the path for future development of the industry.

    At the regional level, Shaoxing Keqiao district and China Light Textile City are a model of the textile industry's innovation and development. At present, the pformation and upgrading of the textile and dyeing industry are being promoted by the leading standards of the world. The fashion, intelligence and internationalization level of the textile city market is also rising. Keqiao district and China Textile City are further strengthening the new target of Keqiao fashion source and popular weathervane.

    Innovation and development need to conform to the trend of the times.

    During the "13th Five-Year" period, the textile industry will be able to adapt itself to the general trend of structural reform on the supply side, stick to the feelings of the clothing and the world, and keep the simple and ingenuity of the world, grasp the relationship between the current and long-term, strength and rhythm, and the relationship between the government and the market.
