A few days ago, the Beijing Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau held a media Symposium and released the Beijing city in 2015.

The quality and safety risk monitoring report (hereinafter referred to as the report) introduces the situation of product quality and safety risk monitoring in Beijing.

It is reported that the collection of reporting risk information mainly comes from two aspects, namely, product quality supervision and management information of the quality supervision department and notification information of domestic organization organizations.

Among the 5267 risk information, there are 1930 media network information, 12365 complaints and reporting information 1769, 641 domestic organization information, 428 overseas notification information, 359 monitoring and management information, and 150 laboratory testing information.

Among them, automobile, clothing and knitwear, household electric appliances, computers, booster cars, toys, furniture, household health and health appliances, batteries, household air conditioners, chargers and other 21 categories of products accounted for 70% of the total risk information.

After analyzing and studying the information, 967 risk information were screened.

The product quality and safety risk assessment center of Beijing Quality Supervision Bureau has assessed the quality and safety risks of 71 categories of products involved in the 967 effective information screened in 2015. The products with relatively high risk include 24 categories, such as textile and clothing, furniture, household appliances, food plastic products, vehicle urea solutions, industrial and commercial electrical appliances, solar water heating systems, etc.

Bed and home textiles (including mat) products are mainly reflected in product quality risks, including fiber content, washing water color fastness, color fastness to perspiration, size deviation rate, breaking strength, pH value and so on, which do not meet the standard requirements. Furniture products mainly reflect product quality risks including structural safety, warning signs, durability requirements, safety and hygiene requirements (formaldehyde emission) and other standards which do not meet the standards; the quality risks reflected by household appliances mainly include power line connection and external soft wires, signs and instructions, input power and current, abnormal work, power supply connection and external soft wire, heat resistance and fire resistance, structure and so on, which do not meet the standard requirements. Among them, textile and clothing products mainly reflect the product quality risks, including adult clothing logo identification and use instructions, fiber content, formaldehyde content, product instructions, pH value does not meet the standard requirements; children's clothing children's wear rope.

It is reported that for the quality and safety risks reflected by the information, Beijing Quality Supervision Bureau has adopted the way of early warning and notification to require enterprises to dispose of it, and has made administrative penalties for illegal activities according to law, and has completed the notification disposal and confirmed 834 pieces.

Specifically, the 626 information reflects the nominal Beijing production enterprises to deal with the existing product quality and safety risks, of which 119 enterprises actively implement the main responsibility of product quality, take the measures of recall and shelf separately to eliminate or prevent the occurrence of risks.

For enterprises that confirm serious quality problems, the quality supervision departments have taken measures such as case investigation, administrative punishment and other measures according to law.

In addition, 148 pieces of information reflect that the production enterprises of the nominal city of Beijing have not found the registration information in the industrial and commercial sector, or have handled the business license in the business sector, but have not disposed of the risk for the reasons such as abnormal operation; and the 58 information reflects that the Beijing production enterprise has the objection to the inspection result or the sample is counterfeited, and the Beijing Quality Supervision Bureau has provided the unit with the risk information to explain the situation. Meanwhile, the enterprise will track and monitor the enterprise. The two information reflects that the Beijing production enterprise fails to take corrective measures for the notification information, and the quality supervision department takes it as the key point and strengthens the supervision.

"I hope this report can arouse the concern of production and business enterprises and consumers, promote enterprises to strictly fulfill their statutory obligations, ensure product quality and safety, improve consumers' awareness of self protection, purchase and use commodities reasonably, and protect their own safety."

Beijing City Quality Supervision Bureau product department responsible person said, the bureau is gradually exploring the establishment of product quality and safety risk monitoring system, in order to achieve product quality and safety risk early detection, early disposal.

This year's report pays more attention to collecting product quality and safety information, paying more attention to product quality risk assessment and timely disposing of product quality and safety risks.
