Xi Yan, member of the Liaoning Quality Supervision Bureau and deputy inspector, revealed that in 2015, the Liaoning Quality Supervision Bureau organized a total of 71 kinds of 3426 batches of products produced by 2749 enterprises to carry out provincial supervision and spot checks. 2548 enterprises produced 3220 batches of qualified products, and the sampling rate of product quality was 94%.

There are mainly four categories of products produced in Liaoning.

One is daily consumer goods, including children and infant clothing, school uniforms, bedding, toilet paper, electric blanket, wooden furniture, wooden door and so on 31 kinds of products, two is building and decoration materials, three is agricultural production materials, four is industrial production materials.

In the year-round spot checks of daily consumer goods, 13 kinds of products such as wipes, sanitary napkins, glasses, cultural and educational products, heating radiator and so on are of better quality. The pass rate of product quality sampling is 100%. The pass rate of product quality sampling of paper towel, clothing, lubricating oil and toilet paper is lower than that of 2014. Among them, the sampling rate of clothing product quality is low, less than 80%.

Xi Yan said that some enterprises are affected by the economic downturn and rising costs. They attach importance to production, pay attention to sales and despise quality, resulting in inadequate implementation of quality work and affecting product quality.

Individual enterprises in order to reduce costs, purchase low-priced or even unqualified raw materials, resulting in product quality and safety risks.

The Liaoning Quality Supervision Bureau will gradually incorporate the results of supervision and inspection into the integrity list of enterprises and the blacklist of the problem enterprises. Through supervision and inspection, interviews and other ways, it will urge the unqualified enterprises to formulate and implement effective and effective rectification measures, and track down the production enterprises with unqualified products, and help enterprises establish and improve the metrological testing system and standard system through quality training.
