A pessimist said that in 2015, the overall quality of cotton in China was declining, and the structural gap crisis was serious.

As of April 15th, the import yarn inventory of China's main port free trade zone increased to more than 75 thousand tons.

Some market participants said that although the price difference between the internal and external yarns was narrowed, the yarn price advantage of the domestic yarn was improved to a certain extent, but the imported yarn pair was superior.

The impact should not be underestimated.

On the one hand, import yarn still has price advantage, especially some domestic textile factories are accustomed to using imported yarn, habits are hard to change at the moment; on the other hand, in recent years, the quality of imported yarn, represented by India and Pakistan yarn, has been greatly improved, especially for some domestic manufacturers to set up factories abroad, and then sell products to the domestic market, and the quality even exceeds domestic yarn.
