Wang Shengmin, deputy director of the price department of the national development and Reform Commission, said: the original intention of the target price test in Xinjiang is to explore the separation of prices and subsidies.

Zhu Beina, President of China Cotton Textile Association: in 2015, the output of Xinjiang yarn was 550 thousand tons, an increase of 150 thousand tons compared with 2014. Xinjiang has many policies. The state considers it from a strategic point of view, and the enterprise should consider from development and social responsibility.
