The local standard of printing and dyeing industry in Shaoxing was promulgated in March 30th. The "standard" is divided into four parts, namely, the elimination standard of backward production capacity in Shaoxing printing and dyeing industry (Trial Implementation), the advanced technology and equipment standard of Shaoxing dyeing and printing industry, the standard for demonstration of green color benchmarking in Shaoxing printing and dyeing industry, and the requirements of Shaoxing printing and dyeing enterprises to enhance environmental protection specifications.

The above standards are the most stringent in Shaoxing and rare throughout the country.

The most stringent local standards for dyeing and printing industry in Shaoxing may bring some answers from the beginning of the year.

Shaoxing, Zhejiang, is the most concentrated area of printing and dyeing industry in China.

At present, there are 336 printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing, accounting for 38.4% of the national dyeing and printing capacity.

But most of them are middle and low end capacity, and the carrying capacity of the environment is becoming more and more serious.

Against this background, Shaoxing issued the work plan to speed up the printing and dyeing industry and promote the ecological environment optimization in February 1st.

The Shaoxing printing and dyeing people, accustomed to "going through the motions", have never foreseen that the enforcement of this sword is far beyond expectations.

In February 7th, the first batch of 64 printing and dyeing enterprises in Keqiao were implemented to stop production.
